Just checked my domestic (USA) Take What You Want CD and it has the markings you state. Also checked my domestic Over The Edge CD version 2 w/black inner ring and it has the markings you state. Just wanted to corroborate/confirm this.

As soon as the Reckless cd is added on the website I'll be buying it. I'll be keeping my eye out for that one too and the Mass - New Birth. Mass is in Sam's current Ebay listings. Yes, I saw that but I'm not interested in flushing my money down the toilet. Thanks for the heads up though. Update: Mass - New Birth is now on Sam's Retrospect website for $13.99. Someone recently paid $120.50 on ebay for it.

I agree, I wouldn't remove this thread either (unless of course, I had to). It should stay forever and always be a reminder or billboard of his character and wrong doing. Serves him right. Do the crime, do the time. Yep, Mullethead hit it right on. He is embarrased/ashamed to have this thread here and he should be. Hey, here's a tip: if you don't want a thread like this up then don't scam people out of their money!! Take that good advice, it's free. The only way I would remove this thread is if there were legal actions being taken in which I had to. This is definitely not worth any further problems than what has already happened - who would want to be bothered with that? The only posts I would remove are the ones that are inappropriate/vulgar which it seems Dan already has. If everyone does get their refund it will make him look better but not like a scholar - thank you for refunding my money that you owe me and tried to steal from me. Regardless of what happens, his name is now marked like the plague and everyone here and elsewhere will know/remember what he did.

I do have a refund pending. I still have a refund.............................pending. I just received a refund today (it was pending for 5-6 days). I had only ordered 1 preorder Hurricane CD so the amount was $20.49. Hopefully evryone else will get their refund too.

I haven't gotten one yet; its only been 2 days though. I'm sure there are hundreds of refund requests for this guy and hopefully paypal knows this is a no-brainer/scam and just issues refunds for everyone.

His "official" reply seems like even more BS than the first "unofficial" accident statement. What a sad effort. Only a person with NO merit, values, goodness, self respect, heart, and independence & determination for himself to make an HONEST living would do something like this. It is not right. The world would be a better place if people like this did not exist. I don't know him or care to but I do know that I ordered ONE and very thankfully, only ONE preorder Hurricane CD - Take What You Want and wait..........SIGNED BY EVERY MEMBER OF THE BAND!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL I feel very sorry for everyone who got burned, especially those who spent big $$$$. No one should have to deal or put up with such a thing. He said everyone would get a refund. I haven't gotten one yet and I'm not sure I want to wait for that to happen. I think the best bet is for me to file a paypal dispute and issue a claim right away for the refund, which hopefully will get approved. I hope everyone does get their hard earned money back.
