  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNWXtU2I018 Title of it on youtube says unknown aor song. I figure what better place to ask than here? Anyone know who this is? Female fronted aor from the 80's (or sure sounds like it anyway). My guess is it's from the later part of the 80's 1987/88.
  2. I thought it was an interesting fact. I knew Joan Jett wrote it or had a part in it but not the rest you mentioned. There is also a version done by Bon Jovi on youtube and to put it nicely, let's just say it's good Alice ended up with it. So "House Of Fire" was being tossed around to a few candidates.
  3. Both are fantastic albums!! and worthy of putting in on a long drive. I went with: Trash, with "Poison" as fav track and "Snakebite" for Hey Stoopid. While Hey Stoopid has a few more songs on it, really no filler, plenty of killer melodic hard rock, and may in fact be the better album, Trash is the classic one and holds a more special place for me. Also having killer hard rock songs on it as well helps. Cannot beat the first 3 tracks on it (it's like glam/hard rock heaven; Bed Of Nails and Hell Is Living Without You are great too. There are a couple that are a little weaker but for the most part the whole album is good. What about a Constrictor vs. Rais Your Fist and Yell poll? Was that done ye? - if it was I probably already voted on it hehe.
  4. Eddie and The Cruisers/Eddie and The Cruisers II: Eddie Lives on the way. Really like the 2nd one and never saw the first one so figured why not get the double feature.
  5. I have Reckless Love, Sword - Metalized, and Europe - Out Of This World(my current copy is pretty rough so this was a good time to replace it) on the way.
  6. Legacy Of Kings for me. Tough decision since all are good but Legacy Of Kings was the first one I bought and still like the best.
  7. I got mine ordered. At first listen I was really excited that a new band got the late 80's glam sound done right. "Beautiful Bomb" is what I want to hear more of - very catchy with huge soaring chorus is the way to go! The singer is like a David Lee Roth/Vince Neil hybrid.
  8. A guy I know told me about them and I just checked out the video for Over The Top yesterday. Sounds good at first listen; may have to check these guys out a little more. I rarely ever buy new stuff but may take a look at this one.

  10. Yeah, it seems almost everyone is getting wise to selling online or at least checking what things are worth. The people who used to see 80's metal CD's and said "look at these 80's metal garbage CD's, let's just get rid of em" now look online and see some are worth $$ and no more dollar or two 80's metal CD's in their bins or racks. I do find some rare gems occassionally still, which is cool.
