Even after all the shit I've flung his way, the verbal bashing I've done and the plethora of his Ebay id's I got NARUed....he's still wants to buy from me. He can't be serious, does this guy not fuck off? He wanted to buy a rare indie comp called MIA 1990 with a never released pre Harem Scarem - Harry Hess and Pete Lesperance track called Marilyn. I simply replied to his Ebay e-mail with the word NO.
Well, that's a lot kinder than you could have been! lol

Alright. In the last 3-4 years, very few songs kick my butt so that I just play them over and over and over......
Two I can recall easily:

Not many others have earned that disctinction.

Mr. Levine has ordered two CDs from me on GEMM. Dare I risk a transaction with him? Has ANYONE ever had a positive transaction with him on this board? Previously, I have cancelled all Amazon orders he has attempted from me, due to his horrible reputation.
The two CDs are about $85 total, which is why I am tempted to go through with the sales.
Thoughts? Advice?
After mulling this over for a couple hours, I just cancelled the orders. He has been such a problem for so many sellers, that I will not sell to him. Plus I cancelled his latest Amazon order he sent through today...
Sorry Jamie, your horrible rip-off practices are too much to take a chance on.

Not sure, but I think Martin is his uncle and has actually sold stuff on eBay before. There's an old thread floating around here somewhere from a couple years back that talks about this.
You may be right. Awhile back I actually sold to Martin and had no problem. And you are correct windsoreyes2 sell quite a bit. There are a fair amount of "negatives" and "neutrals" though.
I just bumped a couple old threads about Jamie/Martin.

Just wanted to say "windsoreyes2" is a complete prick. I live about 22 miles from the address posted in the other forum. I think I'll pay him a visit soon. I don't take shit laying down. He fucked with the wrong guy.

But for your info, in regard to what we were discussing in another thread recently. Wherever you got this CD, I'm assuming you got it from the same place as the Lancia one? You can be 99% assured that these are the current Russian pressings doing the rounds. It suits me fine because they're dirt cheap, look authentic and all the discs I've bought I will never otherwise own. But if you're a purist and only want first pressed originals I'm sorry to break the news.

So far this new one has yet to grow on me. It is a distant 4th behind s/t, Dreamin' and Beg for It, which are all bunched pretty closely together at the top for me.

Wow..... they did a total 180 on this one guys!! I'm liking this!! This is one-fucking-million times better than "The New Territory" and "Atlantis".
Especially like "Ship In The Night". Excellent tune.
I thought New Territory was okay, but Atlantis was absolutely horrid!

Saw them play this summer. Although Mick Jones was the only original member left, they put on a top-notch show. They were the middle group along with Kansas and Styx. What a great show!

Not a huge fan of thrash.
That being said, I love a good bit of Testament's material, so they easily get my vote.
Metal Church would be second out of this group.
Never been able to get into either Overkill or Exodus.

Sorry to hear that, man!
I am also glad that I have canceled every order from him on Amazon and GEMM over the past couple years - probably about 20 orders total. Just not worth the risk of a hassle.
