  1. Wow! That original thread was priceless!

This quote is from that thread:

HI JACOB....THis Is Chris....And Thank You Very Much For That....I did Outbid You Alot But Your A Man Without A Doubt....And For Your Beautiful Comments Of Not Agreeing With Those Jokers.....Email Me.....I Am Going To Send You A Free Demo Of Your Choice In The Mail...When You Recieve This Cassette....Be Sure To Write These Jokers Of How Honest And A Great Person I Am

Jacob M., I am very curious. Did luck313 ever send you this tape?

  2. Dan,

No matter the request from Lonnie's "lawyer," I suggest that you NEVER remove this thread. It should be here as a constant reminder of the scams Lonnie pulled.

I think Mullethead nailed it right on the head:

looks like from what I read Lonnie is not at fault again & wants all these bad things taken off the website. LOL!!! wow, that's funny. Yeah, I don't blame you. I wouldn't want anyone else to know I was a crook either.
  3. If it wasnt for Caiman, there would be huge holes in both my CD & DVD collection!

I'm willing to put up with the 2 weeks or so it usually takes to get stuff from them as their prices & reliability is awesome!

In the last two years I must have ordered from them over a 100 times, and a friend of mine also thinks they are the mutts nuts after I recomended them to him.

Fact is, if I look for a CD and I see Caiman as a seller, I will always order from them, even if there are sellers slightly cheaper!

Man, that is so much the opposite of my experience with them! Wow!

  4. This thread hasn't seen any action in awhile but I figured I'd bump it so some of our newer members could find out where the magic of :baneed: all began...

Thanks! I was reading about the BANEED thing in another thread and thought I would have to search out the thread, but now here it is!!!

  5. Went with Street Ready edging the s/t.

The "new" Leatherwolf is called World Asylum. It was released in August 2006.

I like it nearly as much as Street Ready and the s/t. Definitely a more metal sound. Probably in my top 20 albums of 2006.

    Street Ready 88/100

    Leatherwolf s/t 86/100

    World Asylum 84/100

    Here is the track listing:

    1. I Am the Law

    2. King of the Ward

    3. Behind the Gun

    4. Live or Die

    5. Disconnect

    6. Dr. Wicked (Rx O. D.)

    7. Institutions

    8. Derailed

    9. Grail

    10. Never Again

    I boldfaced my favorites.

  6. Okay, I have been out of town for a few days and not able to keep up with much.

But I spoke with a person last night whom Lonnie tried to scam with the Hurricane CDs less than 2 days before Lon's scam blew up in his face (Lon spoke with this person on the phone.) This person has not chosen to post about this yet, so I will keep the identity secret.

But now I have actually spoken with a person whom Lonnie tried to scam.

Based on this conversation alone, I would advise to hold EVERYTHING Lon has to say in suspect.

...Not to mention the numerous other obvious reasons that have been mentioned in this thread......

    Dan,

I totally agree with your hesitation on the donations idea. This is something for the courts, not a music board.

  7. >> Anyone want to get rid of that one? Please PM or email me. <<

Mine's probably in the bottom of a box somewhere ......

    >> Does the demo have a title or is it s/t? Also, am I spelling the name correctly? Is it Dorian Gray or Dorian Grey? <<

95% sure it was Dorian Gray and it was just a duped three song cassette originally. What someone may have created after the invention of the CD burner may be another story.

If you find it, please contact me! :drink:

  8. Wow! Just listened to the Dorian Gray demos. Those are awesome!!! I probably like those songs better than anything on the Wild Boyz disc. The production could use a little re-mastering, but those songs ROCK!

Anyone want to get rid of that one? Please PM or email me.

Does the demo have a title or is it s/t? Also, am I spelling the name correctly? Is it Dorian Gray or Dorian Grey?

    Thanks for all your help!

  9. I like, but do not love, the music. I will definitely try to get the CD. Without a doubt I have a lot of other stuff in my collection that is not nearly as good.

    Preliminary Rating:

    77/100

It IS a bit generic, Take Me is blatant copy of the format of Great White's Rock Me, and the vocalist suffers from KHS* on Forever, but I still like it.

*KHS = Kai Hansen Syndrome, a term developed by a buddy of mine to describe a vocalist who tends to sing at the absolute upper note of his/her vocal range, and maybe one note beyond. :P

By the way, if any of you want to get rid of your copy, send me a PM or email. :)
