No wonder, if you prefer the sound of X! Disturbed is SO FAR removed from X.

Actually, Disturbed's "The Game" would definitely make my Top 50 All-Time Favorite Songs, as would Rammstein's "Sehnsucht." They just flat out KICK!!!!!

While most are slamming these groups, there's a good bit here that I actually enjoy:

rammstein - about 20 songs

disturbed - about 10 songs

sentenced - about 10 songs

lordi - about 20 songs

rob zombie - about 20 songs

drowning pool - about 10 songs

nickelback - about 15 songs

Overall, I went with Rammstein.

Just noticed the Chipmunk vocals at the end of "Forever". I have no idea how I never caught that before but it will certainly annoy the heck out of me everytime I hear it from now on.

if so, I'd file 'an item not received' dispute.

Don;'t file an 'item not as decsribed' dispute cos you won't win.

 

Once you get your refund, throw the discs in the same envelope and put 'retun to sender'.

As far as the dispute goes, I would file it the same way. After all, you DID NOT receive the item you paid for in good faith.

I would not return the item to him at all. First, it is illegal to place "return to sender" on a package that is already opened. Second, all he is going to do is sell it to someone else. Save that person the grief as well.

The seller's name is Nancy Hamilton. I started a thread on one of her items a little while back. It is called Force 3 - WARRIOR OF LIGHT... in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. I bumped it up so you can find it easily.

Demand a refund and accept nothing less. She is lying to you about having no problems before. She has had to refund at least 4-5 people that I know of, and she told all of them (including me) "I never had any problems before." I know because I have been in touch with several of her customers. So basically she is full of DOGCHIPS! She KNOWS she is selling boots, and she is preying on those interested in rare Christian items.

Not much go on and very little in the way of proof that they are not Rob or Chris. So now we are introduced to a third name Jennifer, so Rob doesn't simply have an identity crisis, he apparently has had a sex change as well. This so called Jennifer is also very good at decoding my cancelled bids comment, by stating that she/he is not luck313. I'm sure everybody would simply assume this comment had to do with an Ebay id.....yeah right? Nice try!

 

By the way when this person placed a bid on the tape I have up for auction, I requested the bidder's personal info through Ebay. The bidder's name is Chris Sardi from Scranton, PA...oddly enough the same city where Rob/Chris/luck313 is located. BUSTED!!!

I'd label this band and one of the truly average of the genre, bordering on below average. The debut's a pretty decent album with a couple of decent tracks - not great by any means, but good. The 2nd album... well, I think it's a piece of shit. Sorry guys.

I tend to agree with you, Geoff. I just don't think the second one is a piece of crap. I think it is simply mediocre, and not quite as good as the first.

I have to say that no tracks stood out to me at all on either release. If I had to pick a best song, it would probably be "Wild One."
