Yeah, what's even more amazing is Zepplin somehow have actually managed 10 votes??? WTF?

What's amazing to me is that Zep has ONLY 10 votes. They should be dominating this one, IMO.

How about neither? Although both of them were part of the biggest 80's glam metal bands they are two of the least talented frontmen in the genre.

I have to say I somewhat agree.

Went with Vince because their music was better.

That means the only one of your choices that I cannot understand is Boston, because I can see a reasonable argument for all of the others to win (and I went with Bad Co.)

The s/t brings back so many great memories. One of my favorite albums of all time. I easily rate it ahead of Slave to the Grind.

I do not dislike Poison at all. In fact, I voted for them in one of these polls we have going. I just like Kix a lot better overall. Geoff, you mentioned some of my all-time favorite Poison songs, including Ride the Wind and Fallen Angel. Always liked Look But Don't Touch as well.

As far as Steve Whiteman's voice, I had a friend who saw them before they changed their name to Kix. He said they did a killer cover of AC/DC's Highway to Hell.

Treat edging the others. They all have some great stuff!

Got the "silver" discs in today. Ain't happy. Damn shame.

I own it, my good brother. I own/ed all Kix’s album… and as I said, I do like the guys but IMO Poison were a whole world ahead songwise.

Bang Bang is one of my favorite songs of all time.

Danger Danger s/t is one of my all-time favorites, as well. Probably in my Top 20, all genres included. This is simply an awesome album!

AMEN brother!! I'm glad someone else realizes this!! Hell, Poison even stole their name from a song on Kix' debut album!!

 

Kix live in their prime could've smoked Poison any day of the week... even if the Kix guys were in full body casts and crutches!! Best live band I ever saw, hands down!
