I forgot to tell you guys, my Hunter cd came the other day, remember when I first heard them a couple weeks ago, and I was ranting and raving, well one of you said, they are okay, but the songs that are good, are real good, well I want to to double that! the songs that are real good, are fucking mind blowing! the best, I have never heard Westcoast Tech Aor that is better, Title Track, Western Girls, Rain, And Start It Up are the most mindblowing tracks of that genre, I HAVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!!!! but some of those songs between are just total fucking garbage, very confusing how there could be such a huge fallout of song quality like that, that in itself seems very rare, don't hear many bands that write 5 star songs, and really trash the fillers, im not sorry I bought it, lets just say that those 4 songs, could have Milli Vanilli as fillers, and it would still be worth it, to me.

Ironic, I was just jammin the S\T, who else sings for them? I heard some other Holy Soldier cd called, Last Train, and I didnt even think it sounded like the same band.

And would you say that one singer stands out over the others, or are they all pretty similar? one has a real glam voice, and another has a very snarling punk attitude to his vocals... so very different. Sounds like different bands from track to track is you base it on the vocals. Dude you know 2 bands that I really, really love that arent exactly glam, but they are, they are kind of like Punk\Glam\with modern sounding vocalists, they are American Heartbreak, and Romeos Dead, I love those bands, and im sure you do too, just thought id pipe in with that. absolutely nothing to do with this thread.

My favorite Dwarfs song EVER!!!! I was skipping around the torrent sites, and came upon some wierd ass copy of a different Believe cd, that was full of "Remixes" (turns out to be live versions) and a bunch of weird songs, anybody know anything about this? And Geoff, I can hear Hess come in and out of Stayin Away, when the background vocals fire up, you can clearly distinguish the two, something I still have a hard time doing with Night Ranger, doesnt Von Groove utilize 2 singers as well, hey, I just got an idea for a new topic!

Guys, I ignored her all day, she didn't know I didnt go to work, I went and pulled my heater core out of my truck, played the new Star Wars on the 360, watched Cheech & Chong's Still Smokin! and I absolutely didn't smoke any Purple Indica!!! before doing all this, you see, she showed up at my house during her lunch, I mostly didnt want to open the door to a day full of what if's and why's, so I pretty much just didnt think about it, I didnt want to talk about it, and when she showed up, I most certainly wasnt as stoned as ive been since high school, so all these factors, compiled along with the fact I was using the ignore feature on my palm, they had her on the defensive, I guess I figured she was going to tell me the story, in all it's painfully boring details, if I asked her or not, it turns out, she started tripping out about the way I was acting, I think from what she offered to me (I didnt inquire any extra info) she feels like I don't love her, cause I wont let her move in with me, but I see that as the secret that's kept us together for 10 years, she want me to marry her, I told her it was one or the other, (kidding of course) , considering it's the only thing I can think of in my whole life, that ive done consistently for 10 years, and shit starts getting old, boring, etc. my question to her, is whats the upside to us marrying and moving in with each other? logically, that seems almost like a fatal set of plans all together! I mean unless im just slow and play guitar like shit, it took me a few minutes to get Cowboys From Hell sounded out! their arent a whole lot of american guitarists that are in the mainstream that even play a riff that makes me want to listen, let alone go home and sound it out, Dimebag was just different guitrist, but he was everybit as good as the competition, I thought he smokes the frets up! Overated is the term the brings Joe Perry and Angus Young to mind, at least for me, not a whole lot of variation or difficulty in those 2 guys playing!

My girlfriend of 10 years announced last night that she didn't think she was in love with me anymore, now ive had a few girlfriends, but this is a general reason I just try to ignore them, I have metal, music, my job, sports, there is so much shit out there to do, this girl came into the halfway house I was living in, to visit a fellow inmate, we've gotten along, I have a daughter with her, I have never fucked around on her, we got along, so, much like finding out about a death you werent expecting, Im kind of sitting around waiting for this to hit that right spot, you know when your entire inside lining of your body goes numb, and etc. aside from writing a ballad, im kind of having a hard time channeling my anger, ballads just don't do it, Im angry because you know, trust isnt really a word, at least in my life that I use loosely or take lightly, I generally don't trust anybody, until they give me a reason to trust them, I don't play that moronic game of, you get credited trust when I meet you, this is one of the most confusing states of mind I believe the human mind is capable of, I mean, I really cant get my heart broke anymore, being in prison during kid's birthdays, first steps, family deaths, etc. that pretty much took all the broken heart syndrome out of me, but at least when you have a broken heart, you know what it is, I can't exactly explain the feeling I feel right now, so I figured I would post it to fellow metal heads, who as tight knit as it seems we can be, are really just a bunch of rockin strangers, so, if youve got any tips, on drug mixtures, cetain alcohol recipes, or even just good old vandalism ideas, I would enjoy reading about them, as you can tell, im not on here ranting about what a fucking cunt she is, (yet) so even just share a funny prostitute story, or anything,, since I was stupid enough that I decided not to go work today, (150 miles away) I didnt care to make that drive in this frame of mind, but I didnt really consider what sitting at my house would be like either, so before I go bezerk, perhaps, one of you has a great story, about anything, but I would really prefer a how you got even with the bitch story! as id find those the funniest right now. Just to put a stop on this thread befoe it goes any further, I don't know about any of you guys, but one of my most valueable and valued posessions, well it's my 1985 20ft Rooftop rollout poster for the Wham 1985 World Tour! I doubt anybody on this board can match that! so that makes me the owner of the "Top Poster"

it's still only the 3rd week of it, it only comes on friday, I suppose that would be because they don't have any reruns to show yet, it's all pretty brand new stuff, very very very good writers, I have to imagine with the caliber of writing on the show, they have to be affiliated with the Sesame Street writers, as I see some very creative shit done as far as words go on the new electric company, and it's all layered smoothly into whatever plot is taking place by various mind burningly catchy sub songs, awesome computer gnerated graffix, clever plays on words, and a beat boxer and scrawny white guy, that actually do one of the most unique plays on words ive ever witnessed, I can't even describe it, because I cant remember how it went, but It's definitly a show that keeps me interested while I watch with my daughter, usually im sanding a wall, or staring at the ceiling fan, or tying a noose, but it's a very well done show, and im very impressed, as I didnt believe these show execs would even go remotely where they would in the 70's as far as educational writing, I thought it was all geared at only enterainment, but I havent seen any of the old shorts, and I havent seen anything the same between each episode, so you never know!

I think for me you should have had a box for, Overproduced Backing Vocals and Melodys, I'm a sucker for it, it could have shitty fucking everything, and as long as it has some sort of descent lead guitar riffs, you bring in that big fucking fake sounding wall of 100 layers of backing vocals(with melody and harmony) and Ill over look just about anything, but catchy choruses always suck mein pretty fast as well!
