The Long Goodbye is the eighth and final studio album from American band Candlebox, released on August 25, 2023. The album was promoted with the single "Punks" and a farewell tour, after which the band will break up and vocalist Kevin Martin plans to retire from music.

Got this one in the mail Friday, and to say I’m pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Easily the best Candlebox release since their debut! This one veers more towards traditional hard/melodic rock than the alternative rock that they’re known for, and it works quite well. 👍
