I just got a couple e-mails asking me to cover those fests. I'm totally baffled by it. Since I write for Examiner (sporadically) I assumed it would be from them. It appears that it's from Ashton-Magnuson Media. I'm not really sure who that is, how they found me, or why they are even asking me. I wasn't aware that I had done anything of importance to be considered for a position covering those events. Any thoughts? If anyone is curious I could probably post the e-mail. I don't believe there is anything that could get me in trouble.

looks like they're a music PR company.

 

i think they may be tied up with the festival. Just doing a google search i found thius link which seems to be a press reelase from them:

jsut ask them what you want to know. Soemthing like... "i'd be keen to do it, but just wondering where you got my detailds from?"
