Who Are They?

I was hoping that someone on this board knows the name of the band pictured below (or even any members of the band).

 

All I know is that this band hailed from the New York area and opened for White Lion at least one time. Not much to go on, but someone has to know who this is! :-)

Looks like it could possibly be a band with members from New York and Maryland... Vaudeville.
