How is this person still on ebay?

I normally check the feedback before I make any purchases but for some reason I must not have done it here when purchasing a DVD for my daughter because one look at the feedback history from this stupid bitch and you would avoid her like the plague.

After four weeks and no DVD arriving I sent an email and never got a response so I raised a paypal claim and today received the refund from paypal.

So I thought I would have a look at her feedback history and when I saw it, I nearly fell off the chair .

How the fuck do ebay still let her get away with doing this......It is unbelieveable

E Bay is too busy collecting listing fees and commissions on these NON EXISTANT sales.................heaven forbid they would remove such a seller generating all these fees for them.....
