I agree with all the above. Just a place to list the seller and description of what happened. Then everyone can make up there own mind. I do take great care when buying though but is always nice to beware of a seller ahead of time. I noticed yesterday alot of big sellers I had never seen before on ebay. However I was doing a pretty indepth search. Anyway, Just a thought

Just a thought now that I am beginning to buy more cds on ebay. Would it be possible to have a certain place where we could list any problem sellers along with complete description of problem. I really want to avoid making any higher dollar purchases with these sellers if I can avoid it. Just a thought

Personally Im glad to find a site were you can be straight forward say what you think without worrying about getting booted off. I find most of this pretty comical. No offense to anyone. Im not update with whats going on nor do I want anything to do with it. I just cant imagine so many negative comments about one person without something obviously wrong with them. I like the freedom of speach on here and being able to express yourself. I think these forums work well for that........

I stumbled across that the other day when I was looking for a song called Breakout by Damien. Breakout is a Excellent song but not familiar with any of the other songs. I did notice they were talking about reissueing either some or all of them.

There should have never been an attitude from either side. Sounds pretty unproffessional to me. I dont remember just becuase we have had bad things happen that we are suppose to harrass every foreigner coming to our country. Should have been a standard simple POLITE procedure that you should have went through. I can see where this conversation could lead to a war of words so I will be nice. Im sure customs on both sides have standard procedures and Im sure that being inpolite is not in the handbook.

I completely agree and have been agreviated many times at buyers. I always put you must respond in 3 days with shipping address. I put it in the paypal notice, Ebay listing, and I always send a separate email at end of auction. On the 4th day I forward the previous email. On the 7th I file the NPA. Then there is the 10 day wait before you can get refunded:( I figure even if they missed it in the listing that there is no way they could have missed the 3 day response in the paypal & separate email sent. However I dont have as much patience as I used to. Since the process if you follow it actually takes 17 days. I figure even if they forgot, ect, they still have time to get payment to me. Good Luck

I noticed you said he waited 3 months to leave negative feedback. I assume he waited until the 90th day after auction so you could not leave him negative feedback? Ive sold as i've stated before 2000+ items on ebay and these are always a judgement call by the seller. I have a basic set of rules for myself when buying on ebay which differ from most. Hardly ever do I buy International and I hardly ever spend more than 40.00 with any one seller. As a seller though I never leave negative feedback unless its just a horrible transaction. Even with non payers I just file for my fees back and resell it. Ive never had a negative but have come extremely close a few times. I am a seller that doesnt get to worked up if for instance a buyer says: He I got the item but lalalalala. Something they didnt like ect. I just refund the money and move on. That only applies to items 15.00 or less. Now if it was my mistake I just completely refund it and tell them to keep it. As for your case. I agree that you did everything possible to make it right. I could see if the seller had left a neutral(just becuase he didnt except paypal) but a negative no way. Thats uncalled for and its uncalled for to wait 3 months to leave it. If you still have time to leave feedback I would return him the favor. Maybe next time he will take the time to realize it was a honest mistake before he leaves negative feedback

Am picking up a DVD burner tommorow I have a ton of old Headbangers balls and pre Metal mania episodes to burn off. I love this things but the VHS is getting old and the quality is beggining to go down hill. Got some really nice rare footage on them so they are worth the work.
