  1.

    Thank you San Diego !

More like thank you 'Succup" At least he will always live up to his name or at least half of it...

Here is hoping that KC gets destroyed next week and they fizzle back into none existence as they have been.

At least Seattle bounced back and gets to host a game or two.

Wtf? Why would you say that. Two things...the field goal had a missed call by the officials. It's all over the news with Steeler fans pissing and moaning. There should have been a five yard penalty and another kick. Second, when we ripped the ball away and ran it in during ot that should have been the end but they called him down.

You can blame terrible officiating or just the fact that Pitt played like shit early in the season.

  2. Here's the 1984 Poll as promised.

You can really see a difference in what was going on in the U.S. compared to the rest of the World.

There was more Hair Metal in America and much more Traditional/Power Metal coming out of Europe.

With the influence of the Thrash Metal scene started by Metallica and Slayer I'm sure the next couple of polls will have more bands of that style.

This is the hardest poll for me by far. The U.S. bands make this very hard and picking between Maiden and Priest in 2nd part is tough also.

    U.S.:

    1)Queensryche- The Warning

    2)Dio- Last in Line

    3)Metallica- Ride the Lightning

    4)Fates Warning- Night on Brocken

    5)Dokken- Tooth & Nail

    U.K/Europe/Canada:

1)Judas Priest- Defenders of the Faith

    2)Iron Maiden- Powerslave

    3)Accept- Balls to the Wall

    4)Scorpions- Love at First Sting

    5)Yngwie Malmsteen- Rising Force

This was tough but a Ratt was perfect as was TNT. Those were my votes.

I'm ready for the weekend. I'm staying a half a mile from the stadium, have tickets four rows from the field at the 15 yard line on the Chiefs side.

    It's on!!!

    Awesome!

Looks like a tough game for a team that ended 11-5. What do you think?

Only 2 of their losses were by double digit with only the Colts game (ironically) the only beating. We lost to the Donks by 10 at Denver and really should have won the second meeting with them. We lost by 7 points combined to the Chargers and if dickhead hadn't missed a 41 yard field goal we would have ended 12-4 and on a high note but I'm sure the coaches are telling the players how well they played with back ups against their starters in their house.

It's going to be a tough game but we can beat the Colts. It may be a blessing that they whipped us a few weeks ago...we might have a reason to beat on them this time. We will also have a healthy Justin Houston back.

And 'Back To Square One' is on Youtube. It's very bluesy and I'm not usually into that kind of stuff, but a good song with some great guitar.

You mean this one. And it is a great song.

    Reminds me of this song:

From a quality standpoint they are not even close. Or maybe I just like Slaughter better.

  5. I hope the Chiefs rest all their players this week and get beat by SD.I don't want the Steelers to sneak into the playoffs !

The Steelers have least chance of the 4 getting in. I really don't want the Ravens to get in. They have the experience to find a way to get playoff wins after last year. I want someone that can get in & take out one of the top seeds.

I am hoping we still end up with Indy. I already have tickets 4 rows from the field on the Chiefs side, at the 15 yard line.

Wes, what's with the capitalizing every word?

I Was Wondering About That Myself.

Yep, been bugging me as well :)

Ha, we've been razzing him about it on FB also, seems to be some glitch with his phone.
Yep It's My Phone. It Started A Few Months Ago But Can't Stop It.
That Sucks, Hate To Hear That...Those Damn Phones. :)

I never thought I'd say this but I thought this song was comical until I realized he was serious. Just terrible and not what they normally sound like....ugh.

If you don't watch the video it is a good song IMO. The video is so bad, at least as far as I could watch it, that it takes away from a good tune.

Well, the song was pretty bad. The vocals...ugh.

  8. Well this weekend sucked ass. They got a beating at home to the team they more than likely face in round one of the playoffs. I believe the players played hard and I believe it was legit that they played like shit but based on the play calling, I think we called a vanilla game. The defense was not blitzing, the offense was not stretching the field. I hate to think that maybe they knew they were going to see the Colts at some point in the playoffs and didn't want to give too much away but we are so late in the season such a move doesn't make sense. Maybe they just got it handed to them...

  9.

I don't think anything they've done gets close to this tune:

Yeah their old shit kicks some major ass!

Wish I could afford that CD. I'm no Vengeance fan, but I think 'Arabia' was pretty special...

Geez, the remastered edition with extra tracks goes for more now. I may never own this damn thing... :(

Yeah, how many did they release? 100? It's pathetic - why bother going to the trouble of remastering and re-releasing if you're going to produce so few copies? :cussing:

Was it that limited? Wow...I didn't know that :(

  10. lookin forward to this one, first 3 discs were brilliant, crap 4th,excellent comeback with world upside down, then 3 steady discs with a handful of top quality tracks between em,but this one sounds to have that little something more...me hopes :)

That's exactly how I would describe them. Good grief...the Myth was as bad as it gets.
