I knew I could count on ya Metalhead! Yeah, I don't much care for Unmasked either. The songs aren't bad but KISS has no business sounding like that, should have stuck with Rock N Roll, not Disco. Seeing the video for Shandi with them all decked out in their makeup singing a freaking disco song makes me want to puke. They should have stuck with I just don't understand all the disco talk...I hear no disco at all.... JL If you buy the remastered version of Unmasked the writer who wrote the liner notes calls the sound "Disco Pop". You know that they wouldn't release those remasters without Gene & Pauls approval so they must agree that the sound was "Disco Pop" also. That doesn't mean I agree JL That's cool, to each his own But you can't tell me that I Was Made For Lovin' You and Shandi don't sound a hell of a lot alike. There's something different about them because I love Shandi but can't stand I was made....dunno JL

FINALLY....something we agree on my friend One of the best metal albums out there. Very talented & flat out rockin' band! My personal faves are Mr. Johnson & the juice crew, I'm w/ stupid & Goodbye Freedom, hello mom. Snagged a 1st pressing Japan press of this a few months ago for $9.99.... JL

Just catch the next Def Leppard show you can get to and see it. Hey, no point in seeing a second rate Def Leppard when you can see the real thing! JL

Don't hate! I mean, I'd love to see ALL unreleased second albums see the light of day, but, until then, we should be happy with what we get and I, for one, am happy about this one. The first album was one that I really enjoy. Sorry my friend, but I must hate I MUST!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry guys, just didn't care for the first one. His voice bothers me sometimes. I semi-liked the Shine album with Tyketto but other than that....notta JL

My fave release from the band! Didn't know they had it in them to be this dark & rockin'! Should have been their second release instead of the softer album... My fave song...We always want what we can't get Tough pick though...... JL

"LOVE GUN" was the 1st Kiss cassette that I bought, so it'll always be something special to me. While it's not my favorite from Kiss it is in my top 5 or 6. As for my favorite I'll have to agree with Jared ( wow that never happens ) and go with "Shock Me". Ace Frehley was like God to me when I first got into Kiss and he's still my favorite, and with this being his first lead vocal I can't pass it up. "I Stole your Love" and "Love Gun" are up there for me to. "Almost Human" is also a great underated Kiss song. Ya well don't open any strange packages if you get them JL

What can I say, brutha... diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks. Gimme the S/T, HOTTER THAN HELL, LOVE GUN, REVENGE, or any of a dozen other KISS CDs before this one.
