I want ... *sniffle* ... to thank everyone who made this possible ... *hitching of breath* .... all the bands, obviously ... my parents for not turning off the radio when 'Flight of Icarus' came on .... *wipes tear from eye* .... my uncle for playing 'No Sleep 'til Hammersmith' so loudly it made my baby brother cry ....

I've recently picked up a few CDs to replace some that I foolishly got rid of over the years ... nothing spectacular, but they're all albums that I used to really enjoy ... of course, there are still plenty of CDs that i wish I'd held on to that are now going for silly money ... *sniffle* ...

always loved Kiss Of The Gypsy(seen em years ago)think they're available on ebay...at the right price dude £1.85 on Amazon... Hurrah! Now go and find me a cheap copy of 'Great White'! When you say 'cheap', I assume you mean 'less than the £16 currently being asked for it on Amazon'? Wish it was still available for that price, I would pick it up... I know someone who has it ...

I'm with Glen on this - 'Appetite' is a stone-cold classic ... I only saw them at Donington, but I can remember the crowd going nuts ... after that, they became a travelling circus and I lost interest, but for a while ... oh, man ....

Not at all. Machine Head does nothin' for me either. I saw them open for Metallica a couple of years ago and I thought seeing them live might help them "click" with me but ... nah. Other than the one M.H. song I do like ("Imperium") the rest of their set just sounded like one long WOOOOOARRRRRRGH. Good man. For my part, I think 'Davidian' is a great song, but I wish they'd gone away after that. I wish they'd never bothered in the first place ... I've never understood their appeal ... I'm going to add Soulfly to this list ... I like Sepultura, but I just can't see the point of Soulfly (other than as a vehicle to allow Mr. Cavalera to use the word 'tribe' every other sentence in interviews) ... just awful ... And Korn. Have they already been mentioned?
