I didn't really know these existed growing up in a small town otherwise I may have developed another expensive hobby...
Someone added a #213 Bobby Dall (Poison) card as a free gift for me to a recent cd purchase off ebay. I think it's pretty cool and I will stick it in a Poison cd case.
Does anyone else know of these cards and did anyone collect them? Looks like they were around in 1991.
I definitely remember the "KISS" cards from the late seventies.
I think my cousin still has a heap.

The "Wombles" were quite popular down here back in the 70s.

tbh I would probably have chosen JSS in any case.
Yeah, it would have been JSS either way for me also.
When it comes to "body of work" there aren't too many that can compete with Jeff*.
*(correct spelling BTW).

Do any of our US friends remember "Jungle Pam"?
I just watched this video. She was very talented.

Another one of the obvious classics.
"Satan's calling to you".

I saw Marcie at Firefest singing songs from the debut. Err no. Not for me
I guess I based my votes on the Artist's body of work rather than how they sound now.
I can guarantee you that right now as we speak, I'm a better singer than Elvis Presley.

#2 was a hard choice.
#12 was a no brainer.

This was huge in '78 when I was a little tacker.
I was 5, so it was very exciting when Christmas came around. Unfortunately the question of the reality of Santa was just starting. There were rumours floating around at school of course, but at that age you still never really knew.
Magical times.

One for Carly.
Not your usual HH fare, but I did like this track when it was released.
I'm not the biggest fan in the world of the "big booty" look, but when it comes to Nicki Minaj....I'd be like a rat up a drain pipe.

...but you DO NOT have a contract with her!
I'll look forward to the "Wham" video. Make sure you post it.

Listening to these tracks today, I thought i'd bump this thread and post the regrettably only 3 tracks from this Killer EP.
I don't know what happened with this project, but an album would have been nice.

I've been watching a few "JOMBOY" videos lately.
Great stuff.
Apparently "JOMBOY" lived in Australia when he was younger and played cricket at school.
The recent catch in the clip below is stunning and catches like that happen all the time in cricket.

Definitely Yay.

Geez mate, there were some really hard choices there, especially numbers 1, 4, 7 and 9.
Nice job.

I think the original '69 version by "Spooky Tooth" is better than the infamous '78 cover.
"DO IT!"
All jokes aside, this is one fucked up story.

It is a bit rich.
Even Gary Cherone has more of a connection to VH than MM.

If you don't love Witch Taint, well than you are a poser...
Well then, I guess I'm a poser, but I think everybody already knew that.
Here's one for Lily from '09 with a great 70s retro vibe.

Normally I'm not a fan of harsh vocals, but EC blends the different styles so seamlessly and the production/mix is sooo on point. I can listen to their stuff all day long. The harsh vocals in this case don't put me off one bit. I think that part of it is that there's enough melodic stuff underpinning the harsh vocals and they don't stick with it for too long before switching back to the clean vocals, that it just works. The contrasts actually make both aspects better IMO.
I'm not into harsh vocals at all, but you're right, they contrast between harsh and clean very well.

I don't know if the recent Jani Lane revelations led to this, but the newest installment features "Warrant".
It's a great watch.
