My company's bonus schedule varies from person to person......with our labor workforce who have been with the company for over a year, they receive a week's pay. This equates to about $700 to $1000 for those guys. And that varies depending on how long you've been with the company. Our superintendents usually receive from $2500 to $20000 each. Our office employees vary....for example....the receptionist usually gets at least a week's pay...and depending on the tenure it will increase a week's pay for about every three years worked. Other office personnel range from $1500 to $30000 or so...... After that it's classified......LOL

I've enjoyed the shows....albeit, they are short....and certainly don't hit on enough 'stuff' to really reel anyone in. With so many guys 'hosting' it's a wonder that the guest is involved at all. Seriously...they need to learn hot to interact better...which, given more experience...may come. But who knows hot short of a leash that show is on.....

To me, Christmas...the day is just the culmination of the season, per se. I'm enjoying this season......we've been out and about enjoying all of the homes that are decorated where we live. We go on little excursions to take in all the ways people have decorated, etc. Of course, as far as preparation for the actual 'day'....nope...not ready yet.....LOL
