Two albums from this US band, "Baptized By The Rio Grande"(2015) and "Forged By Fortitude"(2017), plus a couple of EP's. Classified as "Modern" Hard Rock, but it's more than that. I just consider it as Killer Hard Rock. There's heaps more riffage and melody here than on most "Modern" albums. Another example of how the line between genres is blurred. I get a bit of a sleaze vibe occasionally in the music also. I guess it all depends on how you're dressed. Killer stuff.

  Excellent sophomore effort from Collateral. Been listening to this one on and off for the last two weeks, and am thoroughly impressed. 👍 ”Original Criminal “ is probably my favorite track, but the whole disc is quite good, and a definite step up over the debut. There is still just a bit of that country-ish “jangle” on a few tracks, but overall, it’s muuuuuch less present than on the debut. One of the year’s best so far

  Got my Japan CD a couple days early. Every bit as good as I was hoping for! Couple little detours with songs like Iconic and Not A Wise Man but I even like those songs for a little variety. The rest is basically full of bangers like the singles so far. Maverick had my top spot for a couple weeks but no more!
