Need help remembering a song

Ok, a couple of years back I came across this video on youtube.

I don't remember much of the song other than it was kind of a 'big ballad' thing, maybe in the power metal category, along the lines of Arion "You're my Melody".

The video starts with the band doing their stuff in an alley of some sorts.

The video ends in a bar where everyone is pretty wasted, half asleep, hanging over the bar and stuff, the songs is fading to silence during this scene.

If I remember correctly, the ending bar scene, is fairly long with no music.
