TRIVIUM - Vengeance Falls

I've liked Trivium ever since I first heard The Crusade. The biggest drawback was the harsh vocals which limited my enjoyment, but the melodies always had me curious and coming back.

 

If you liked the riffs of previous releases with solid clean vocals (a bit of harsh ones here and there) and great metallic melodies, than this one is a must.

 

Hands down my favourite Trivium release. It's not overly complicated nor epic like Shogun was nor is it harsh like In Waves. Vengeance Falls is simply melodic metal with modern metalcore.

 

When it comes to HH members, this one is probably the closest TRIVIUM will come to being a favourite around these parts.

9 months later and it is still in heavy rotation in my house. Give it a shot!

Not too bad but a bit too modern for my taste...that said I may pick it up if I see it cheap....
