Those of you with VH1 Classic may wanna tune in at some point today... cuz they're running all-Rush related programs, all day. They're calling it "Rush Hashanah" (haha!) in honor of the Jewish New Year holiday.

 

...So are the Rush guys Jewish, or is it just a bit of clever wordplay? Whatever, they're showing tons of videos and concert footage, some killer vintage stuff as well as recent bits like "Rush In Rio" (which is airing right now) and "R30."

Geddy Lee is jewish not sure about the other 2 but yeaa rush fucking rocks!

I don't think Alex Lifeson (Aleksandar Zivojinovic) is jewish as he was born of Serbian parents. I don't think Neil Peart is either.
