Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are complete pieces of shit. They THRIVE on the race war thing and make more problems than solutions. They are opportunists just waiting to jump into ANY controversary and make it racial. Who are the real racists here? Sometimes I really wonder.....

The simple solution would be for the seller to admit whether they're bootlegs or not right in the auction and save everyone time and bullshit. It would matter if the buyer was a collector or not... they'd know ahead of time and not have to waste any of their time or the sellers. By NOT admitting they're boots, the seller is banking on the fact that the buyer won't notice, and possibly pay alot of money thinking their getting an original. It's being deceptive no matter which way you look at it. It has no bearing whether the buyer is a collector or not... still deceptive

Check your auction and see if it was covered under PayPal. If it is, file a complaint as well as calling them to explain the situation. Some items are covered up to $200 for a FULL refund, even if the seller doesn't have the funds

I was on the phone with both ebay and PayPal today about a seperate isue and asked them both why they couldn't get something done about him, and both pretty much avoided the subject with telling me ways I can get him dealt with myself as they said they have no jurisdiction or something like that. I asked PayPal, since he'd done so many chargebacks, why the hell they can continue giving him PayPal accounts to use... and they responded with... "Well.. if you were a victim of this or anyone you know was, then they can surely file a complaint with HIS local authorities and get it dealt with". I then told them... "Since PayPal has to cover the claims by many of these sellers, and reimburse them, you'd think YOU'D take some action?" This was followed by the run-around and then silence I asked ebay the same thing about why he can continue getting accounts, and they also directed me towards filing a complaint with HIS local authorities, as it didn't directly involve them....... I then asked... WELL.... considering he's committing the FRAUD on your website and ebay has to cover the relisting fees for all these sellers, I really DO think you're involved.... And their response, after a long pause.. "Well... in a way, you're right" These people are complete idiots, but yet they have one of the biggest websites in the world?

He's a member of this site, but hasn't been on for a while. He claims to be 2 different people, Chris and Rob. They both type the same way and misspell the same words, so we're pretty sure it's the same person. There' was a thread a while back where we had him going pretty good.
