  1. Going to check this album out. Never heard these guys before. That purple vinyl looks sweet. Fits the cover colors as well. Purple vinyl bought Edit: The production is on point. Seriously, it sounds fantastic. Only if TMF's production was this great....... Edit2: Talia and How Could I Let You Go sound right out of the 80's. One word: Awesome
  2. Kick ass tune. This album has "summer" written all over it. The singles so far have been very warm/uplifting which I like. Going to be an awesome album to listen to while driving with the windows down this summer
  3. Scorp with the inside scoop! Not surprised and why would Frontiers sign them? Or are they signing everything close to the sun? <--- see what I did there?
  4. First single tomorrow. I don't have any expectations
  5. Never heard of this band till a few weeks ago and I absolutely love this new album. Her voice is full of kick ass and it's melodic as hell while still being heavy. Any metal bands that have a similar sound to them?
  6. Apologize reminds me of Hinder's material which is a great thing. That southern rock feel Have the album pre-ordered on vinyl!
  7. I agree. The dude can sing and it's a decent song.
  8. Hahahaha! That's a good one. Can't disagree with you there since the urban hipsters despise the gym and only lift craft brews and food
  9. Nah man, vinyl isn't going anywhere. It's actually increasing in popularity. See here: http://www.digitalmusicnews.com/2016/12/07/vinyl-sales-outstrip-digital-first-time/ and vinyl on track to be a 1 billion dollar industry in 2017 with an estimated 40 million records to be sold: http://www.digitalmusicnews.com/2017/01/11/vinyl-records-billion-dollar-industry/ Companies are even coming out with new record players. It won't ever reach the hysteria of the 80's but its far from gone
  10. If you're a fan of 80's synthwave, look no further than Sunglasses Kid's new album Graduation: Strong female and male vocals with some guitars thrown in. Straight 80's pop in 2017 Pretty awesome!
  11. Absolutely reminds me of Mad Max. Cool cover. I'm excited to hear the first samples. Quiet Riot was one of my first experiences in hard rock due to "Cum On Feel the Noize" being on V-Rock on Vice City, over 14 years ago. I've never listened to their discog but have QR III on now and it sounds good
  12. I dig that cover. Looks retro. Hoping for a vinyl release
  13. Listened to the s/t in the gym today and the album kicks ass. Upbeat with some great hooks. Looking forward to the new album
  14. Agree with Geoff here. These Dreams is a killer track. I didn't realize this band has put out 2 albums and a single back in 2015. These 2 new singles feature their new guy on vocals. He's an improvement over the last guy Keeping my eye on this album
  15. New Revolution Saints coming in 2017 according to Frontiers FB! Loved the debut
  16. New Nickelback announced today with a massive tour. I'm not sure what the general attitude towards Nickelback is on here but this new single takes it back to their harder stuff We will see how this turns out
  17. That's not Bormann dude! Alexx Stahl of Purple Rising and Roxxcalibur took over when Bormann couldn't immediately join the band. Stahl was supposed to be a temporary fill-in but they liked him so much, he is now the permanent singer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonfire_(band) Oh shit, good call. I read the thread title and figured that was him signing on this single. I've never listened to any of Alexx Stahl's previous work
  18. Great list. I'm going to pre-order Eclipse, Night Ranger and One Desire on vinyl. Seems TMF is only going to be on CD. New single kicks ass. Upbeat and catchy as hell
  19. Bormann can belt but I need a lyric video for this one
  20. H.E.A.T going into the studio to record their new record in early March Hopefully out later this year and with a vinyl release
  21. Love that cover art. Enjoyed the first single and looking forward to the second single tomorrow
  22. Listened to first three songs today. Sounds surprisingly good. Good guitar work and good hooks Will post a review when I get a chance
  23. My review: 1. Glorious ---> 8 2. Push on Through ---> 8 3. If We Call it Love ---> 9 4. Waiting for Summer ---> 8 5. First Time ---> 9 6. One Breathe ---> 8 7. Too Many Words ---> 8 8. Other times, he belts it out Great guitar work by Michael and Philip and great keyboards by Flores Production is fantastic. Flores is a master at this A very nice laid back piece of melodic rock Overall: 85%
