My funny story of the day:
I am a little low on cash so I decide to go to the ATM. The one I use is normally pretty busy. As I walked up, I noticed only a gray haired old lady in a pink dress in front of me. I wait patiently as she makes her transaction. I noticed she has matching pink shoes on. I chuckle to myself. So she's finished and turns around....... OMG.... it's a dude with a huge beard. I almost pissed my pants.

New arrival today:
DAMNATION - "One Grain Of Truth"
-
From Mona Lisa's GROUNDED FOR LIFE!!
Drummer is Rob (L.A.) Lasky
-
Brother Firetribe should be rated at least 86% and Steel Panther is 68%, a nice number right ?
Close. Steel Panther was at 65% but after several plays, inched up to 69% (a fitting number for this band).
So:
BF 84% SP 69%
-
I have rated this 84%

Thanks Delbert for this:

BAD PENNY!!!!

Wow..... Grounded For Life is awesome!!
-
Now that's more like it!

I really don't get the disrespect for Sean Nichols (aka Sheldon Tarsha) the guy is an incredible vocalist. Quiet Riot screwed him over.
Who is disrespecting Sean? From what I've read, more disrespect has been shown for Bobby Blotzer than anybody. Maybe Frankie Banali #2.

Hey Delbert,
That "Grounded For Life" that you have is completely incorrect. Only the song "Nightmares" is on "Grounded For Life".
Don't know where you got got that from but it is totally bogus. All of them songs came from my uploads of "The Art Of Seduction". Hope you didn't pay for it.

I think it's better than Enough Rope.

In my hands...... the rare Grounded For Life demo tape along with "The Art Of Seduction", both brand new in the shrinkwrap!!
MONA LISA day here at the Russ Compound!!
Also sent multiple DVDs, CDRs, and 5 homemade cassettes, and the Tattoo Taxi demo tape!!
-
Here's a cool track off the MISFIT demo I thought you'd like Russ........Something I transferred to a CDR several years ago!
Different Mis-Fit than the Mid-Atlantic version.

Thanks for the original thread link.
I think it's outrageous to pay that little for an artist's work. Sad really.

Got the word that BAD PENNY tunes are on the way to my mailbox!! Long time coming!!
-
People suck!

I loved the debut. The second album lost a bit of the magic but it's still a pretty decent disc.
-
I am struggling with it still.
The bad parts really bring it way down.
-
Probably a subtle swipe at their former record label!

This is one killer release!!

First Spin.
I never thought i'd say it but my favs are the ballads....'Hit The Wall' and 'The Sun will do something or Other'
'New Day Breakin' was pretty good.
The second half though is pretty dreadful lets be honest here. I skipped nearly every one. I thought The Other Option was pretty good until the chorus hit with those banal lyrics. By God just really bad...what was it? I dont mind getting old cos its better than the other option lol. True i guess, but still shite
Also i know im no fan but James Christian....but please please please just stop.
Credit where credits due tho the solos were nearly all great and definitely the best part of most of the songs.
Is that you Geoff?? This sounds so Geoff to me.

The more classic sounding tracks work the best. Some of the others are very sketchy.
