Agreed.

Can't really gauge much from that snippet, but it doesn't sound great.
It's a cover:
In 2017, Company of Wolves releases its first new recording in 20 years - their version of the Rolling Stones classic, "Play With Fire". New shows are currently in planning stages as of this report.

Listened to a few tracks...... sounds like the same garbage from last album.
Hardly a return to their 80's sound.

from several internet sources:
There's great news for classic hard rock and GREAT WHITE fans as the band will be releasing its new studio album entitled "Full Circle" on June 2, 2017.
The album is the second with singer Terry Ilous after Elation, which was released back in 2012. The effort sees the band re-teaming with its original producer, the legendary Michael Wagener.
To put it clear from the start, "Full Circle" is one of the best records in Great White's career, and one of the best 'unadulterated hard rock' albums I heard in long time.
The new album an honorable nod to their first EP Out Of The Night (Aegean Records, 1983) and debut self-titled full-length record (EMI, 1984).
This means outdated? Not at all, but a classic sounding album plenty of well written and performed songs.
All are terrific songs including the feel-good 'I'm Alright', the trademark Great White bluesy midtempo rocker 'Movin' On' (a highlight), the melodic rocker 'This Is the Life' (another pearl), and the acoustically filled ballad 'Let Me In', in the way that only guitarist Mark Kendall can wrote.
You don't need more blah-blah; go and buy "Full Circle".
This is classic Great White, 'that' kind of songwriting & sound all fans have been waiting for since the '80s.

Originally based out of Youngstown, OH, the Apocalyptic Lovers (formerly Love And War) are George Allan – Bass, Dave Hope – Drums, Robert Kane – vocals, Sean Magee – Guitars, Mike Nagy – Bass. Today the five members populate great cities in AZ, OH, PA, RI, and VA, but this has not deterred them from writing, recording, marketing, and planning world domination one fan at a time.
The band plans to release a 10-EP collection of updated vintage material with a sprinkling of brand new songs. The first of the collection, Redemption Vol I, was recorded at Mindrocket Studio in Pennsylvania and then mixed over 12 days in Nashville by legendary producer, Michael Wagener (Ozzy, Metallica, Skid Row, Dokken, Motley Crue, Poison, Alice Cooper, Extreme, etc.) at his Wireworld Studio. Reminiscent of the days when arena rock and music videos ruled the airwaves, the album was released on National Record Store Day, April 16, 2016. The band has material ready for Volume II and plan on hitting the studio shortly after the completion of any committed tour dates. Judging by the amount of material they have ready to go, fans will not have to wait a Def Leppard’s length in time for new material from the Apocalyptic Lovers.

Yeah, don't worry, Stefan. Just be grateful it's hard to get so you don't have to be as disappointed as most fans of good music were.

Interested as hell to hear this!

That song is horrible.
-
Great musicians, but I'd have a tough time picking ten songs that I can actually listen to from the bands discography.
Agree 100%

I don't dig it all that much to be honest. No where near as good as the last one.

Don't have time to come here anymore. Only on Facebook Mafia group.

Listened to all very recently and just trying to figure out why The Defiants - as awesome as it is - is at the bottom of this great list. And to be honest, I think it just comes down to song lengths. As silly as it is, it just seems a slightly more "gruelling" process to sit down and listen to The Defiants CD, which seems to take almost the same length of time as listening to Poley and TMF combined!
I know it is silly if the songs are good - and they're great - but I just have this "thing" about long albums. Because the simple fact is, it doesn't need to be so long. Most, if not all, of the songs didn't need to be as long as they are.
But anyway, it's nit-picking. Three fantastic albums, but after spinning all again recently, my list stays at:
Poley
TMF
The Defiants
Correct!

The Grammy-winning rocker had performed Wednesday night at the Fox Theatre in Detroit. He ended his performance with a cover of Led Zeppelin's "In My Time of Dying."

from various internet sources:
Some time ago this blog featured the previous album from CYANIDE 4, and now they have unleashed the new effort "Nekyia" via Perris Records, where the quartet clearly grew up both in songwriting and performances.
While Cyanide 4 stick to the formula of Euro sleaze from their origins, on "Nekyia" the band is much more focused on catchiness adding a melodic hard rock approach to the songs. Even their image has changed in favor to a more 'hard rock look'.
Opener 'Restless' is a riotous sleaze uptempo rocker with Crashdiet as reference, but right on track 2 'Rock 'n' Roll Hero' the anthemic intention appear with a chorus in the early Crazy Lixx style.
'She-Mystery Girl' has an obvious Shotgun Messiah feel to it but this is a good thing in my book. G.A. Sinn has improved a lot in his way of sing, and on this track the swagger is if full form.
'Lucky 13' is quite commercial with a Hardcore Superstar-like groove, then 'A Light Among Darkness' is more Americanized (early Vain) with a melodic hard rock touch.
'Getaway' is one of the strongest tracks plenty of intense riffs, while closer 'Love Me When I'm Dead' is fast, groovy, with stinging guitars and a nice slow break in the middle, plus a pinch of Scandinavian melodies somehow like Dynazty's first album.
Melodic hard sleaze are not only a Swedish exclusivity anymore, as this band from Greece are labelled as one of the most promising bands from the genre in the current European scene.
Extensive touring, including opening slots for Lizzy Borden, Scorpions, Crashdiet, W.A.S.P., etc, has paved its dividends as Cyanide 4 sounds really confident on this new album "Nekyia".
Solid stuff.
