  1. Thanks guys - and Dan, yeah, the tech guys are working on all that. For instance, some days, it will work on certain phnes, then the next day it won't. The phones that they didn't work on in the beginning now work fine ... and so on and so forth with all the different devices. These guys are dealing with Livestream, Google, Microsoft and Apple every day (and, from what I understand, even teaching those people new things) and things will get better for all of the devices as time goes on.

Of course, I have less tech knowledge than a blade of grass so I just hold my head and cry when anyone tries to explain anything to me.

But, I guess we DO have our first "fanboy" -

  2. ANNNNNND here goes nothin'

YOU NEED YOUR HEAVY METAL TELEVISION

(14 November 2012 - Phoenix, AZ) Prepare to call your local internet and cell phone provider to demand more bandwidth because in less than 24 hours, the internet's first ever live streaming television network will be commanding your attention.. And, it's a heavy metal television network.

From Lamb of God to Motley Crue and from Behemoth to Shinedown, Heavy Metal Television will bring both current and classic hard rock and heavy metal videos to your desktop, laptop or net ready flatscreen TV. Presented by young, talented V.J's across the planet, no matter what your taste in hard music might lean toward, give the station a span of five videos and you'll find a band that you love.

The site is 100% free, with no login necessary, no passwords to remember, no registration, subscription. None of that - you just point your browser to http://www.heavymetaltelevision.com/ and start watching. It's really as simple as that. Why complicate matters, right? And this metal show runs 24/7/365 with International Heavy Metal Week celebrated 52 weeks out of the year.

The music runs virtually nonstop with V.J. interludes and limited minute long commercial breaks consisting of four or five 20 second music related ad clips. Saturday nights (PST) will feature a live concert and specialty programming is also being developed.

Heavy Metal Television has eclipsed Google, Apple and Microsoft in terms of getting a live television station running on the web. And they're pissed. Why? Because Pantera and Iron Maiden fans are beating them at their own game, ruling the World Wide Web with the first 24 hour streaming television network, station or channel on Earth forever free.

As Wednesday rolls into Thursday at midnight PST make sure you're tuned in to http://www.heavymetaltelevision.com/ - a revolution is calling.

  3. My new venture:

COMING SOON TO A DIGITAL DEVICE AND COMPUTER NEAR YOU:

    HEAVY METAL TELEVISION

(18 Oct. 2012 - Phoenix, AZ) Heavy Metal Television is finally here. With television, the internet and phone service all now intertwined, we can use the available technology to create an all Heavy Metal T.V. station .

A live television station, streaming worldwide 24 hours a day in hi-def video and hi-fi audio, Heavy Metal Television brings the classic MTV format back to life with favourites such as Judas Priest and Iron Maiden as well as newer bands like Five Finger Death Punch and Shinedown. Newer technologies are emerging everyday ( i.e.., Roku, Hulu, Vimeo, etc.) to more easily and quickly stream video thru your flat screen TV.. The technology is so new, internet television station licenses are not even available ... yet.

The format will simply play conceptual videos presented by talented young V.J.'s with short segments of rock news and interviews sprinkled throughout with Heavy Metal promos of all kinds driving the content. Concerts will be shown Saturday nights. Specialty programing is being developed.

Sponsors will enjoy banner ads, 10-15 second motion graphic commercials (produced by us and approved by the label and management) and specially tailored to our sponsors promotions and giveaways. The sponsors can also use the graphics and content we develop for them for use on their own sites or promos as well. All with any kind of internet connection.

No need for satellite TV anymore. Heavy Metal Television is a new and unique way to break a new band or promote a product to the most dedicated fan base any where in music, anywhere in the world: Hard Rock and Heavy Metal fans.

On November 15, 2012 be sure to point your browser to www.heavymetaltelevision.com.

  4. How are the shows doing for attendance? Enough so that a tour in the US would be in the future?

Hollywood in store - we have about 50 people in a store about the size of a living room. Whisky show was officially a SELL OUT (on a Wednesday night nontheless), Las Vegas - a couple hundred people ... Mexico - a few hundred people ... haven't got the numbers from Baltimore yet.

We're looking to do another world tour in 2013 is all I can say as far as any touring is concerned ...

  5. Hey thanks Dave!

Shit I even have that Transatlantic Suicide album...

Like I always say, you can't be beautiful and intelligent...............so what's my excuse right. :)

LOL Terry ... well, we're all getting old(er) and senile .... it's okay.

    And, thanks again, guys!

  6. I remember getting the debut album as a promo when it first came out and absolutely HATING it and couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Then several years later I found it for like a buck or something and decided "what the hell" and picked it up. Didn't play it for a long time because I remembered "not liking it" but when I popped it in I was blown away. Took it out, made sure it was the right CD and proceeded to continue getting my ass kicked by it. Still love it to this day.

I have no idea what I was on when I listened to it the first time ...

  7. Good band .... great guys. Doing dates with CrashDiet over here next month.

So far I only know of the one US date for Crashdiet and The Last Vegas... along with Wildstreet. It is in New York City in August. I'm making plans to get to that show even though it is about a 6 or 7 hour drive.

Let me know if you know of any other Crashdiet / The Last Vegas shows in the US.

We're doing the Sunset Strip Music Fest together (different days but technically "together"), NYC and three other shows are being worked on right now, including one very, very close to you ...

Keep me posted... And let me know if you need some contacts for local clubs in my area.

    THANKS for the info...

The House of Rock is a fairly new venue in the Baltimore area... I'm going to check out L.A. Guns there also.

Is The Last Vegas playing this show in Baltimore?

Not sure how King Belvedere got this gig as they are absolutley terrible.

No idea who King Belvedere is but they've been pulled from the bill. TLV isn't playing Baltimore

  10. New band Toxic Rose, sort of out of the ashes of Lipstixx'n'Bulletz as it is consisting of its singer and the drummer. Since the singer's the brother of Crashdiet's Martin Sweet and there's a guy from Gemini 5 on board as well, their sound is pretty much in the same vein. I love "Don't hide in the Dark".

    Check 'em out on Facebook

    Holy hell ... great stuff

  11. Cool! I have IN Triumph (2006) and it is really solid record. Are you gonna be in town (Seattle) Dave? Gonna have to go either way... THanks for the heads up.

    Hey Terry -

Yep, I'm going to be tour managing the run, apparently so I will most likely see ya in Seattle :)

  12. The Quill - Bring It On

Some of you might be familiar with The Quill as they've been around quite a while. Well, we're bringing them over in March for their first run of US dates ever:

3/7: Seattle, WA @ El Corazon

    3/8: Portland, OR @ Dante’s

    3/9: TBA

    3/10: San Francisco, CA @ Bender´s Bar & Grill

3/12: Tempe, AZ @ Club Red

    3/13: Albuquerque, NM @ Hooligans

    3/14: Las Vegas, NV @ Vamp’d

3/15: Hollywood, CA @ Key Club

3/16: Fresno, CA @ The Starline

    3/17: TBA

Every couple of months we'll be bringing over a new Swedish band or two. Next up, in May, we'll have Coldspell coming over for the same run of clubs. (This doesn't tie in with the other tour I'm talking to someone on here about ... still putting that in place)
