  1. New song titled 'Kingmaker'. Not bad, but I still feel some strange old school rock vibe. http://youtu.be/IgYOaUZ29ws
  2. This old school sleaze/hard rock band is from China(!), they recently released a digital album and an EP, and they are fuckin' good, wow. http://jackydanny.bandcamp.com/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbjk_kypm3c
  3. Santa Cruz - Screaming For Adrenaline Barathrum - Okkult Akroma - Sept
  4. My favourite Megadeth album ... A bit underrated album, isn't it? A love this one too btw, it has some really dark atmosphere, and 'In My Darkest Hour' is my favourte love song.
  5. God in the Brain by Gábor Szendi
  6. Their best for me. And the most amazing drum sound (playing?) ever recorded. It's my favourite Slayer album ... cracking stuff from start to finish ... It's good, but for me 'Seasons In The Abyss' destroys it. Not really 'true' Slayer though, so I'm clearly not a proper Slayer fan. Not really 'true' Slayer? How so ... it's the four main men, doing their thing ... and it's got 'War Ensemble' on it ... I don't follow your logic ... although I still prefer South Of Heaven Just in that it's more melodic, not the usual frenetic noisefest. I can imagine that it may have turned off some Slayer fans. 'War Ensemble' is a fast and furious thrash-out, but purists may have been tutting and shaking their heads at 'Dead Skin Mask', 'Seasons In The Abyss', etc. BTW, the title track is by far and away my favourite Slayer track, or should I say choooooooooon!!!! The title track is amazing... it has a nice 'South of Heaven' feeling.
  7. Tankard - A Girl Called Cerveza Jettblack - Get Your Hands Dirty
  8. Oblivion Nice mixture of The Planet of the Apes, The Matrix and Mad Max (and possibly other movies I haven't seen). Enjoyable though.
  9. Mustaine: A Life in Metal by Dave Mustaine
  10. R.I.P. Jeff. You were one of my first heroes back in the day.

  12. Great album. Awesome melodic hard rock with a classic Skid Row vibe. Recommended.
  13. Scream 4 The Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter
