They pay the first time, but then make you wait the next time around. They get your positive feedback in the first round but round two piss you off by not paying within an acceptable time frame. Sounds like Jerry and friends.

BTW, I just noticed the last feedback this walter guys received from a rare-raritaetencds. From Austia as well. Seem familiar to anyone. It's another one of those Tom/Gerry id's with the words rare or raritaeten in it. raritaeten-gerdsch was one of his last names.

Walter Konrad.... he paid me the first time around. But now, I've had to file a non-paying bidder report for his recent wins. The verdict is still out...

Walter Konrad is Tom and Gerry, atleast my cd's went to the same ole address Thomas Ringseis and Gerry Hinterholzl use, so I am sure it is the same guy..also, when walter talks to me he via email he mentions that his good friend is Gerry and he uses our last dealings to get me to wait on payment......he did pay me but took twice as long as my auction states I will wait......lol...why do I even put that in, some folks don't even care, they just pay when they want.....if there is good communication that works, but still 3 weeks after the auction ends is a bit much.....by then I don't even want the money anymore...lol....

So Josh, what ever happened on this? did you ever get your money back or the original cd? I assumed that is why you were not letting everyone know this persons name and address, so this person would not see it and get mad and not do anything for you.....I was curious if that approach got you anywhere???

Sorry, my friend my mistake on how he got the address. But none the less you can get the info he posted by going to any of rokkstarrzz auctions (aside from the zip code, but if you don't know how to get the Zip that is not my problem). So the address you have been stressing over is not that hard to get. And thanks for taking it easy… hehehehe.

 

I definitely do not want anyone else to get ripped off by this seller, and that includes you Stormspell & JLPRocks.

 

I am not going to give out this person's full address so they can be harassed by everyone. All the information you already have will suffice on you not getting ripped off.

Just an update.....the seller responded to my email with this statement:

"it was not deliberate....the cd I sold was in good playing condition!"

yeah cd-r's usually do arrive in good playing condition.....what a dork!

The more I think about this , the more it pisses me off...I have emailed the seller and told her what I think of her practices, also I emailed the buyer of kidd wikkid to see what they received....I am going to be watching this seller very carefully, if she lists anything high dollar I am going to warn the bidders.....crazy fuckin' thief!!

Hey Josh, sorry to hear about that man, if it is any consolation, I would have fallen for this one too, as I was bidding on it, I just was not willing to go too high since I already own it....if you get any of your cash back, there is another sgt. roxx on ebay right now, although a bit higher, but the seller seems solid, he only has 1 neg in the last year...and that one seems to be from a whiner........sorry man....

As for all the rare titles... Well the Hit the Ground Runnin' was not up for auction anymore, and the seller did not have the feedback for that one yet (So I had no idea about it) and the Kidd Wikkid was not put up for sale until the Sgt. Roxx auction ended. So there were not so many flags for me. Still a little fishy, but you don't find rare CDs by not bidding.

 

 

Crap! I wish I had a better memory. I posted about that Hit the Ground Runnin' CD a few weeks ago. I just didn't remember who the seller was. That would of helped me out on the Sgt. Roxx CD.

Gotta remember that if the items are the same then the descriptions will be quite similar.

I can see where you are coming from with him borrowing some of your descriptive words and listing the same influecneces or similar bands.

 

 

This guy is only existing on Ebay because he sees what Tony (endangeredcds), Taki (mellowdickmusic) and I (mistdiscs) sell. He simply turns around and sells the exact same things using the near or same descriptions. He just drives me nuts, that's all.

Adriano, I wish I could be more positive for you, and I do hope that somehow you get your money back, but I don't know what more you can do to get your money back....yes, he should be prosecuted for what he has done...but that doesn't necessarily mean anybody will get their money back.....time will tell....best wishes....

I am only here to make a statement. And then i will not be back. I am doing all i can to make sure everyone gets their money back. Why would i want to come here and say anything, all some (not all people here) people are going to do is make up their own little theories and spew their bullshit like they have done so far. There are some good people here, no doubt. But what astonishes me beyond belief are the ones who have nothing to do with this at all want to talk so much shit. Stormspell, you can't say a damn thing because you have no clue, but like you do always you want to chime in. Same with Jarred, now you were involved and you will see your money back, but you like to make all your comments like you are a saint. How about when you called threatening a 65 year old woman, you can deny that, because i know you will, but it was recorded with your phone number, but that is not here nor there, shows just how big a man you really are.

 

There has been more than 2 refunds, but only 2 people have commented here, did you people ever stop to think maybe some people don't live for the bullshit that most here stir up. I have all the proof in the world to show i am not the one who did all of this. Do i owe anyone here and explanation, especially after what has been said, without anyone trying to contact me personally to find out the whole story......NO. Now everyone who has contacted me has been told, if they chose to believe it, that is not my problem. Music By Mail was one of those companies that had a 'larger' order and you don't hear that they've been refunded either. He mentions Adriano and Georg. If he were so 'eager' to get everyone's money back to them, he would have sent out a 'bulk' email to the buyers telling them what occurred and what to expect in terms of a refund, etc. Has he done this????

 

Has Lonnie's 'attorney' pursued legal action against the 'Ramirez brothers'?? This is like OJ saying that he's going to pursue Nicole's and Ron Goldman's killer......hahaha And....if by some miracle, he is pursuing action, give us the lawyer's name and number so that those that have been victims can help with any information they may have in the case.
