  1. 'Woman Be My Slave' by the mighty Manowar.

    Modesty. Humility.

She is waiting to kiss my hand

But she will wait for my command

My chains and collar brought her to her knees

She now is free to please

    Woman, be my slave

    That's your reason to live

    Woman, be my slave

The greatest gift I can give

    Woman, be my slave

Before her surrender she had no life

    Now she's a slave, not a wife

Her only sorrow is for women who live with lies

    She's taken off her disguise

    Woman, be my slave

    That's your reason to live

    Woman, be my slave

The greatest gift I can give

    Woman, be my slave

    Your body belongs to me

    Woman, come here

    Remove your garments

    Kneel before me

    Please me

    Woman, be my slave

    That's your reason to live

    Woman, be my slave

The greatest gift I can give

    Woman, be my slave

    Probably the best lyrics ever

That song is by Manowar?! I thought it was by Melissa Etheridge!

(Although now that you mention it, that would explain why I got booted out of the "Xena: Warrior Princess" convention...)

  2. ANYTIME - MSG

Excellent power ballad and a completely awesome yet subdued dual guitar solo. Schenker's tone is superb throughout...

I'm listening to Monkey Bars by Coney Hatch. It has a guitar solo that sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher with indigestion. It is indescribably cool. :guitbannana:

That solo is total Kim Mitchell style - It wouldn't surprise me if it was him, as he produced that album. Great song.

Make Me Believe - Places Of Power

Monkey Bars Is Killer...On My Copy of that CD is Lists Steve Shelski as th soloist

but I swear it's Kim Mitchell... :banger:

Exactly! - I'm positive it is Kim Mitchell, Otherwise he walked Shelski through it.

I always thought so, too. But Carl Dixon disputes that. You can read it here:

    Monkey Bars solo

I'm listening to "Fighting Against the World" by Vandenberg. Awesome "Viking" rock! :headbanger:

  3. How ironic is it that Desmond's son is named Charlie, which is both the name of the man who saved his life and the father-in-law who would like to see him dead?

Also, on reviewing last week's episode with Ana Lucia, I thought it was cool that when Hurley goes into the convenience store, the radio is playing Cheap Trick's "Dream Police". :bananamac:

  4. Forty-two years ago I could get a free meal by crying, nap whenever and wherever I wanted, and take a dump in my pants without creating a scene...You call this progress?!

Thanks Wotty for including me in your birthday shout-outs, and thanks to all the well-wishers who helped to make this day special. You guys rock!! :beerbang:

Now if you'll all excuse me, I need to go suck on my thumb and play with some blocks...

  5. chucky.jpg

    Gruden's reaction after being canned...

    Actually, he looks constipated :)

I'm pretty sure he always looked that way.

Okay, scene one, take one of "Child's Play 17: Chucky Eats Too Much Cheese," and....ACTION!

  6. Alright who were the lawyers at Kate's house asking for a blood sample to compare to Aaron's?

How was Fairaday in the past at the beginnig scene back in the 70's?

Obviously he must of learned to time travel and I'm sure we'll be shown when very soon.

That scene with Hugo and Said in the car when Anna Lucia walks up. Holy Shit!!!!!

I about leaped off of the couch, not only because of he character being there when she's dead but because I thought the show fired her due to here DUI in real life and I assumed there was bad blood between the show and Michelle Rodriguez.

So did anyone else from the freighter survive? Michael? Jin?

After seeing the seen with Ben at the butchers shop and the woman says that their in place we realize that the men that Said killed were there just to drug him to make him go back to the Island and weren't there to kill him.

So who else from the past will we see? Will Michael pop up? How about Walt? Will we see Charlie again? How about Libby? After all Anna Lucia did say to Hurley that Libby says Hi.

I DVR'd this weeks show and I'm in the process of watching the whole thing again to see if I can catch anything that I missed the first time.

I just finished my second time through and I'm wondering who the hell those people with the flaming arrows are?

And who is that Lady at the end? She seems familiar for some reason.

If I'm not mistaken, she was the one at the shop who sold Desmond the ring...It's kind of fuzzy after so much time off.

I missed the part about the guys at the safehouse just wanting to drug Said to take him back to the island. Good catch!
