  1. I love everything form this two rockers. I expect a masterpiece. About Bone machine, my favorite is the live "Search and destroy". About Poley I love also is project "Melodica". The only one I don't like is Poley-Pichler album from Z records.
  2. Thanks for the link, there are some good power ballads, I enjoi it.
  3. I love everything from silent rage, the title track of still alive was great. The last solo from Jesse Damon, was great too, cry out loud and pretty girls were 100% great arena rock tracks. That one was produced by Paul Sabu, this man in my opinion is a better producer than Clark for this kind of music. The samples from the new ones are not bad , I like'em(maybe they are not as good as the last Damon solo), I wait to hear the whole album. Anyway I'm glad they are back toghether,' cause don't touch me there was the soundtrack of my 1990 summer.
  4. I onlu own Feed the kitty, I really love the two ballads I believe in you and Lay down and cry.
  5. the debut was better for me. There were more killer songs. The new one is heavier and that's no good for me
  6. This band put out an amazing debut cd the best 2000 album, maybe It was 1999. What a shame they didn't made a second one, Really this is one of my all time favs glam/hair metal album. I never get enough of this great songs. I love Summer days,Story book and gone but not forgotten. Maybe better that any D2 album (my fav is screw it).
  7. The project with Malmsteen get my vote, 2nd place for John Norum. What about Clockwise? Not bad in my opinion. With Glory I only own crisis vs. crisis, I really don't like this one at all,A album so bad that I didn't check out other stuff from this band. Still a great singer, He look very old now, sure not as good looking as he was in the Making love video.
  8. Future world 'cause like Rycheage and Rockposer was my first Pretty maids album, It was the 7th or the 8th hard rock album I bought 'cause I really love the cover. They should get back to that kind of covers with the " scarlet sexy woman with eyes of gold". Love games,Rodeo,Eye of the storm, future world are amazing. A place in the night(my fav),Waiting for the time,Live until it hurts,Partners in crime, Sin decade,Savage heart,Parthers in crime(great),wouldn't miss you, psycho time bomb planet earth, this love,as guilty as you,why die for a lie, lethal heroes(great lyric) are some of my favortie tracks. They have smart lyrics, I always appreciate this. 9. There are stories about her , when she plays live she was a little drunk and she used to kiss her fans in the mouth with the tongue, I don't know if It's true. Anyway good to be there.
  10. Nancy Wilson in the 80s,Janet gardner and Jan KUnhemund from Vixen,Michelle Hangach from Phantom Blue,Lee AAron,Sandy Saraya,Lita Ford and Lisa"lips" Dominique. These are all from the 80s or the early 90s, many of them have lost something with the years passing. Now I quote Wotty for Julie from Hydrogin (she makes me think about metal school track Big Boops)Moa from Melldrum for the same reason,i don't like her band. Simone from Epica is so beautyful but I don't know much about how they sound.
  11. No never, they should call back Vinny Burns, but for sure not to quit.
  12. It's not a very exciting year for hard rock, but saved by Jaded heart-Sleaves and masters, a real masterpiece. In my opinion this is their best album, they never reach this high afrter this one, I disagree with the others great melodic hard rock fans here. Ten and Harlan cage deserve a mention. Still I have to quote Fat freddy for The time of the oath from Helloween. I really loved the first three album with Deris, But I don't like that much the last three, I try to dig'em but I can't.
  13. Way back in 1995, i Remember I really loved Virgin steele-The marriage of heaven and hel part two-. I still love that album.
  14. 1995 was a very bad year for our genre, 1994 was much better IMO. I really don't know what cd pick, so I went with Van halen(sure not a great album). Bon jovi made a good cd, but too many ballads on it, Firehouse became pop too. Dokken really dissapointed me, L.A guns went too heavy and so did Skid row(I really hate subhuman). Tuff and Slaughter made 2 very good album, but I've discovered those two gems this year so I went with Van halen.
  15. There were some great release in 1994. I went with J.Christian, followed by Eyes and Talisman (J.S. Soto rules). Well, way back in 1994, my fav was Master of rings from Helloween.
  16. Tyketto in the first part. The second part was more difficult to chose between, Danger danger, van halen and Xyz. I remember that time my fav was F.U.C.K., but today I went with Danger Danger. Stop, wait a minute, SOUTHGANG-Tainted angel that was a masterpiece, I put it on the same level of Van halen,Danger Danger and Tyketto.
  17. Tyketto for sure, but I agree with Studboy, Save your prayers was a great record. Danny Vaughn has made the backing vocals for the last album of the Italian dark heavy metal band Death SS, this thing really surprised me,'cause they have ntohing in common, and I don't like satanic connection.
  18. Tough poll, part one-It's almost impossible decide for me I went with Fate-Scratch and sniff. My heart is bleeding 'cause I consider Spread eagle,Cherry pie,Wicked sensation,Pornograffitti,Up from the ashes and Ten(Y&T) masterpieces. Par two, It's easier there are not so many great albums, I went with Winger followed by Ratt and Hurricane.
  19. Heven's on fire is the best, I'm not suprised at all that Simmons fat-belly songs get no vote.Stanley is a much better singer and songwriter.
  20. Home (Brett story) get my vote, It's a very funny song. I always wondered why there are no ballads in this album? Poison are so good with slow song. Song of life is maybe better than this.
  21. Sure It's a great album,I'm sorry that Dave Meniketti and the rest of the band seem don't like it. In the intervwiew they sometimes deny this great album I really love all american boy, summertime girls(funny videos) and don't tell me what to wear. This is my chart 1-Contagious (the first album I listen from Y&T, than I purchased the others) 2-Down for the count (sooo great and so underated) 3-In rock we trust (great lyrics, i love Breakout tonight) 4-Ten (come in from and don't be afraid are wonderful ballads) I prefer What they have done from 1984 to 1990, They were more radio friendly and more Aor, but sure feels good to me. I know they don't play many songs live from that era, Why they don't play Contagious? I love the chorus. I dont' like the first two named yesterday and today and musically incorrect.
  22. I went with Talisman, I believe this is his favorite project, 'cause he made lots of album with them. I never heard about Scrap mettle, now I try to get some informations., right here on heavyharmonies. A great singer like him deserve much more success, he could be the new van halen or Queen singer.
  23. Very tough choice between Bon jovi, kiss, ratt and Y&t. I went with the mighty Y&t great album with very smart lyrics. the first album that come to my mind is Van halen 1984, strange that is not listed here. Still in rock we trust shoul d be my choice.
  24. I agree with Geoff and hsf this album is a masterpiece, the best warrant album with very mature lyrics. I pick Andy warhol was right, more than a song a real masterpiece. bonfire,Bitter pill,April 2031 and all my bridges are great tracks as well. What a shame that warrant don't make others cd in this amazing style.
