FM Live at the Astoria - research request

Hello all, I'm writing a feature on FM and was hoping that a few of you aficionados could help with regard to the release of 'Live at the Astoria' album. I have it as part of the Escape Music three CD set 'Long Time No See' but I'm keen to learn about it being released as a standalone album before that: any info on formats, label, etc. would be very much appreciated.

In used to have a copy of it (got rid for a stupid price when I got the 3 disc set) and If I remember rightly it was released by the band themselves and was a CD-R. The songs are exactly the same as the box set, albeit in a slightly different order. It's a good, solid live album from them

Jez, thanks for the helpful reply; there is a difference between the track listing though - the version on LTNS replaces 'Say It Like It Is' with 'Hot Legs'.
