Jesus tells us to judge... and to judge righteously in John 7:24 This simply mean to take what God says as being right, and when those claiming to be Christians act like they still sinners out in the world, they need to be called out for their fraud!

Apparently these girly men don't know what name is given under Heaven whereby men might be saved... that Name is Jesus "god" could be anybody... it could be self, it could be mohamid, it could be buda, it could be the cosmic christ all of which are demons How come so many so called Christian bands are so afraid to say the Name of Jesus in their songs like early Christian rock bands did??? It would seem they are scared of losing fans, or they're just plain cowards and afraid to confess Jesus before men! This is evident because the doctrine espoused by the catholic so called church is not in God's Word because Jesus never told anybody to pray to mary which is idolatry, He never taught anybody to pray the rosary which is idolatry, He never taught that man would atone for his own sins in purgatory which is heresy, He never said ministers could not marry which is a doctrine of demons. catholicism is a cult and a false religion that is not of God. You may as well be muzlim as to be catholic cause these folks will go to hell if they don't turn from their wicked ways and start living ion agreement with Jesus and you can't follow false doctrine and be right with the LOord Really? OK, so put an upside down cross and a rainbow sticker on the back of your car and let the world know you are supporting satan worshippers and sexual perverts! In this context, friends means to be in agreement with... so are you living in agreement with the things this world thinks is good and OK? For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. Choose this day WHO you will serve! Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Are you serving this world living in the pleasures of the flesh?.... Or, do you deny your own fleshly desires having turned away from your sin and the ways of this world to live for Jesus? People love their sin which is why the false once saved always saved heresy is so popular... cause folks want to be saved and live in sin too! That's how one ends up spending eternity with satan in the eternal fires if hell!

God has spoken... in His Word so that man can know and understand what God expects of man. Then, the Lord had the Holy Spirit come to lead and guide man in to all Truth and Jesus tells us God's Word is Truth. Therefore mankind is without excuse. It's too bad people like yourself cannot be a part of meaningful discussion about what God has spoken to man... your pride has blinded you and this will not end well for you . No, those that know the Lord (live in agreement with Him) go by His Word and have turned away from the ways of the world and are definitely NOT carrying demons around with them. Metaphorically or otherwise. Real Christians are new creatures in Christ old things are passed away; LOOK all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17) and they have renewed their minds (Ephesians 4:23) and aren't living as the world does (James 4:4) having been translated from darkness into the Kingdom of God's Son (Colossians 1:13) Christians would be singing about having been delivered from darkness and about living in victory as this is what the New Testament teaches Christians are doing... not playing out in the world's darkness muck and mire. Unfortunately , most churches teach various false doctrine such as calvinism, reformed theology, ecumenical movement, and other un biblical thought.... so you can't get legitimate biblical teaching as the vast majority of churches which is in line with what God's Word teaches about the end times falling away from the faith. I wish the old group Petra's music was a little more hard rock... but they are a good example of having something meaningful to say verses groups now days that claim to be Christian where there's little if any evidence that they are actually Christians. If Christianity became illegal they couldn't be convicted due to a lack of evidence!

Sure David spent a lot of time pleading with the Lord after he committed adultery and had the lady's husband whacked so that had meaning that today's bands producing secular music doesn't have. There's much wisdom under the New Testament they didn't have back then that should be considered such as worldly sorrow produces death (separation from God) which is all that despair, damnation, chaos, darkness you speak of. 2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. Then there just being worldly as most of these folks claiming to be Christians live secular lives because they don't know the Lord. When listening or reading interviews you can see un-Christian fruit in their lives. Jesus tells us a good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit (Matthew 7:18) So being worldly and living a secular lifestyle is not going to work in the end. I do too... and when they are not singing ongs that the Lord is blessed with, it's not Christian music. Pretty simple when you think about it. Then they would not be producing secular music. Besides, actually hard rocking Christian music can be all about the Lord and it has nothing to do with radio friendly CCM industry So "christians" can cover satanic music like Dio and Slayer and the Lord will bless them for that? It's too bad those claiming to be Christians don't bother reading what God says about things like this in His Word which determines how He will judge them once they leave club earth causing many who thought they were saved to end up not spending eternity with the Lord Jesus Christ. But, I get it... people like to go by what's popular and go by their feelings rather than what the Lord says because they don't know the Lord and they aren't living in agreement with Him due to the majority of churches teaching false doctrine that does not come from God's Word. Most folks think that "if I feel it's OK, then it must be OK"

The definition of what Christian music is must have been changed. It used to mean the band would sing songs that were lifting up the Lord Jesus and bringing glory to the Father or at the lest speak favorably of Jesus and of living a Christian lifestyle. Now, it seems a band can be secular and they just claim to be Christian but there's very little if any evidence that they are Christian. If they are going to be a secular band with band members that are Christian maybe they should just say that rather than calling themselves a Christian band when none of their sings are about the Lord. I guess this is all in line with people who claim to be Christians living as though they aren't saved which has become popular in these last days where the falling away spoken of in 2nd Thess is in full swing.

I was listening to a few songs of these guys on utube and I don't see where they are a Christian band? Or is this one of those secular band that has members claiming to be Christians?

Can you provide more context? I heard he started believing Christians should live lives that are set apart from this world unto, the Lord as in 2 Corinthians 6:17 - come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. Many who claim to be Christians these days act just like lost sinners out in the world and don't resemble what the New Testament teaches hardly at all. I'd be interested in hearing what specific beliefs he has that you think is not right.
