  1. Jordan sat in his room alone listening to My Chemical Romance. Someone knocked at his bedroom door. He flicked the red fringe of his dyed hair from his left eye. "Yeah?" he called out.

"Jordan, it's just me. Mom. I brought you dinner."

"Thanks Mom," said Jordan, pushing himself up from his bed and opening the door for his mother. He took the plate from her grasp. "Thanks Mom," he repeated, and kissed her on the cheek. "I love you."

"I love you too, my naughty little vampire," said Jordan's mum, ruffling up his hair. "Enjoy your Ox flesh."

Jordan went back to his bed as his mother closed the door behind her.

He sat on his bed gnawing at ox heart when suddenly Emily knocked at his window. Jordan's eye-liner pencilled eyes welled up as he saw his true love. He dropped his dinner plate to the floor and rushed to the window, opening it for Emily. She fell into his embrace and they kissed passionately.

"Oh Jordan," said Emily. "I love you so much."

"Emily, you're the reason I maintain my existence... I face the day merely to see your smile and surrender to your embrace. I love you more than the centuries that I am old. Our love will last beyond anything of worldly presence."

"Jordan, turn me. Please. Let me be with you forever."

"I can't," Jordan says, turning away from his love. "I can't let you be what I am. You are human and I am a vampire. Is out love not enough?"

Emily wept, and Jordan took her in his arms. "But I promise to love you forever. Even when you are an 80 year old human I promise to insert my frozen-in-time 22 year old penis in you. Oh, I love you so much."

"I love you too," said Emily. "I can't wait to hang out with you at the beach tomorrow with all my human and werewolf friends, like we do every weekend."

"I can't wait either. As long as I have this ring on my finger, the beach and high school are my favourite places on earth," said Jordan.

    Comedy gold. Five stars!!!

  2. First impressions:

Not as good as Good To Be Bad. Some of the songs are very bland and seem to sound a lot like one another.

This is probably a grower though so I'll keep listening to it.

That's what I thought as well.

I must have listened to this about 15 times now and I love it.

Yep, definitely a grower just like GTBB. Love and Treat Me Right is my favourite song.

Warrant have been have been recording with new vocalist Robert Mason (Lynch Mob, Cry Of Love, Big Cock) for an album to be released later this year.

Says guitarist Joey Allen, "The new Warrant CD is in the mixing stage where our fearless leader (Producer), Keith Olsen, is putting his stamp on it. The band did a stellar job, great songs, great playing, and an all around great vibe. This is the best Warrant record and recording experience I have had. I think we are targeting a early May release worldwide on Frontier with distribution through EMI."

A video clip of guitarist Erik Turner recording "Sex Ain't Love" in the studio can be viewed at this location while a little taste of "Tears In The City" can be found at this link.

Last month Allen also said, "14 songs with drums and bass done! 7 songs have rhythm guitar done...we are smokin' along!!! It sounds killer and Keith Olsen is GREAT to work with. This may be the best Warrant CD I have ever worked on, everyone is firing on all cylinders...wait until you here Mason tear it up...KILLER."

  6. The long-awaited Black 'N' Blue album 'Hell Yeah' is finally done at getting close to being released -- it will be the band's first studio album since 1988's 'In Heat'.

Says vocalist Jaime St. James, "I'm going to have the official release date for our new CD 'Hell Yeah' soon! The artwork is done and it will see the light of day soon... God damn it is great! I want you all to hear it!

I'm no longer the Warrant party master but Black 'N' Blue is ready to take on the world when our new CD 'Hell Yeah' is released this May on Frontiers Records!"

80's hard rockers, Black 'N Blue, released four successful and critically acclaimed albums through Geffen Records including their self-titled debut (1984), "Without Love" (1985), "Nasty Nasty" (1986), and "In Heat" (1987), with the latter two albums produced by the legendary Gene Simmons of KISS. The band, which featured Jaime St. James (vocals), Thommy Thayer (lead guitar, and currently performing with KISS as the replacement for Ace Frehley), Jef "Woop" Warner (guitar), Patrick Young (bass), and Pete Holmes (drums), started in Portland, OR as a group of friends that came together to make their mark on 80's hard rock. The band eventually relocated to Los Angeles and was signed to Geffen Records.

Black 'N Blue would go on to sell over a million albums throughout their tenure in the 80's. The band scored a hit single in "Hold On To 18" (which was featured on the group's first release), a track that is widely known as a hard rock classic and still garners airplay on stations across the country. In addition, the band toured relentlessly with the likes of KISS, Aerosmith, Queensryche, Yngwie Malmsteen, among other platinum acts.

In early 2003, vocalist Jaime St. James reformed Black 'N Blue. Along with St. James, original members Warner and Young began recording a new album titled "Hell Yeah!" Recording of the album came to a halt when Jaime St. James joined Warrant as their new lead vocalist in February of 2004. Jaime has been touring the world with Warrant for the past four years.

In 2008, plans to get back into the studio and finish the "Hell Yeah!" album are underway, as well as festival appearances and other touring. The new album is described as "classic" Black 'N Blue as heard on the group's original recordings and promises not to disappoint.
