Easily as good as "Clash Of The Elements", if not even a tad better. Thumbs up on this one!

The first Young Guns is a classic! Don't really care for part 2. Young Guns 1 though ranks up there as one of my all-time favorite westerns along with Tombstone and 3:10 To Yuma.
-
Damn, this does sound good! I don't remember being that impressed by the samples from their first album, but this new one sounds like it's going to kick all sorts of ass.
-
Not bad, not bad at all. Sounding very promising. I'll have to keep this on my list come April 26.
-
Solid enough, but definitely still doesn't reclaim their former glory.
-
I believe Demon Doll Records just added these guys to their roster and can be purchased there.

I've gotta back the other comments here. NEH is the number one place I buy online cds from. Always reliable and fast shipping is always a bonus.

Skyline - pretty good special effects. But the story takes to many things from other recent SciFi movies. Didnt like the very end at all. Thought it was stupid.
Ha. I kind of dug the ending. It was so out there it had me chuckling. But, my wife agrees with you. She hated it too.

I watched SUCKER PUNCH yesterday in the theater. I really like Zack Snyder's directing style but this movie fell a little flat for me. It was no 300, let's put it that way.
-
Haha. This movie has been on my radar since last year. I'm dying to check it out as it looks hilarious!
-
I was always partial to "Dollar In My Pocket" and "Baby Doll".

BATTLE LA. It was good times. Kinda like Black Hawk Down but with aliens.
-
Sounds like they should rename the album to "HELL NO!"

Consider me very interested. Tried to go and buy a copy asap but I'm immidately staggered by how hard this already appears to be to find, and the prices it's going for. There was one copy on ebay, and it was fetching over $50. wtf?
Anyway, I'm downloading a copy now and if it's as good as y'all say I'll hunt down the original with more vigor.
Yeah, I had to do a little hunting to find a copy for a reasonable price. I got mine from musicstack.com for $17 which included shipping. It looks like they shipped it out today so hopefully I'll have it soon.

Are there any Egypt Central fans on this board besides me and my brother metalmaniac777? If you remember, they released their debut album a couple of years ago which included the killer track "You Make Me Sick". Looks like these boys are back at it again with a new album due May 17. Click below to hear the new single. It's pretty cool.

I stumbled across Bleeker Ridge by accident the other day. It appears they are a Canadian band who released a cd last year called "Small Town Dead". If I'm not mistaken, I believe the cd was even produced by the well known Bob Marlette. At any rate, this is vety catchy stuff with big choruses and harmony vocals. Fans of Faber Drive, Hedley, State Of Shock, Hinder, Daughtry, etc. would do well to check these guys out. I put my order in today for a copy through musicstack. Click below to see the video for their first single:

Yep, got this one in the other day myself. Darn fine release. There's actually 10 tracks on it, but you have to put the disc into a computer to hear the other 4 bonus tracks, one of which is an acoustic remake of one of the previous tracks. But, even the bonus tracks are good! With 2011 being a slightly lackluster year in music so far imo, it was good to pop this baby in and rock out!

I was excited for a second until I read that Paul Shortino was doing lead vox. I've never kept one thing that he's been involved in. I'll still keep an open mind though when I finally hear some samples.
-
This new single doesn't really do much for me, but I'm still looking forward to hear what's on the rest of the album. I did like their last cd, so I'm holding out hope.
-
Yep, I ordered the new EP earlier today and paypal worked just fine for me. A very cool band which agreed does deserve some major label support. "Countdown To Devil" is also an overlooked gem.
-
Happy birthday bro. Maybe I'll give you a call later and sing to you

Definitely not as good as their debut, but still pretty solid. I ended up burning three out of the five tracks. It's available on Itunes for those interested.

Solid stuff indeed. I really liked the track "Hollywood Moonlight". That was my favorite by far.
