  1. Disappointment. The only song I really like is the blousy 'Damaged Soul' but overall it's plain and boring. Good musicians, nice production, etc. but for a returning album it's just not good enough. Maybe a few more spins later...

  3. The next one is watchable too imo. Btw I always liked whodunnit slashers.

  5. Well... after a few spins I think it's an okay album. It's slower and more melodic(!) than "Thirteen" was, it has a lot of funk/fusion element, Mustaine's voice is kinda older and Broderick doesn't shred his ass off. There is no "Public Enemy No. 1" but there aren't any fillers either. It's okay (and I need to hear the bonus songs).
  6. I still love this one, not a single weak track here.
  7. The Aussie band plays some old school KISS influenced music, and released a new (debut?) album called "Excess All Areas". I found only old live videos and an old MySpace page, but they are alive. http://www.myspace.com/hotcakesrock http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10WlA7e7_gI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91wl8UuqH3A
