Millennium Records/Netherlands-poor mailorder

found the millenium rec. homepage when using google (i was looking for the jap. version of the t´bell-replay cd). they´ve listed this one and because i had to pay no extra shipping for a 2nd cd i also bought the wetton/downes-icon.

but what surprise, they shipped me the 5 track wetton/downes ep instead of the regular 10 track. they told me "sorry, but this was a fault in our database". but instead of getting a paypal refund i was told i have to return the cd and buy another one (and pay shipping costs once more). i disagreed and that was the point where fireworks start. i told them that i´d contact paypal cause they were not willing to offer refund.

they called me an and menaced to report my name to all european mailorders they know.

 

so i can only advise anyone against doing business with these poor guys.

if anyone made similiar experiences in the past i´d happy to hear about.
