I suppose he's essentially been making a living for years as a Steve Perry alike and now he's come full circle and got the old band back together even though the Voyage album was pretty good...but as Darkstone suggest why not just record a new Valentine album...I'm wondering if they will even play any Valentine tunes in their set?

Can't say I've noticed any discrepancies with my credits, but I don't really pay attention to that. I haven't run out yet. Maybe I should start keeping an eye on it. Let me know what response you get from them.

I don't understand it, his "Hugo's Voyage" album was great and in itself a tribute to Journey, so maybe follow that one up. Also if he's gonna reunite "Valentine" then a new album from those guys would be very well received amongst our community. I dunno, maybe being a live cover band pays very well. That's the only way I can explain it.

Another take on 2024: The one album I’m seeing pop up on a lot of year end lists that surprises the hell outta me is Deep Purple’s =1. Had 2-3 decent tunes and that was about it. Just not hearing anything outstanding, but that’s just me. 🤷♂️ -
I love T'Pau. I love Gunship. This one just isn't doing it for me.

lol. He may as well just have said we’re reuniting Valentine, but we hate our fans. Seriously, I don’t get it, though. Journey can play their own songs but I’m guessing Valentine fans would probably rather hear Valentine songs, from Valentine.
