  1. Going to check this album out. Never heard these guys before.

    I've got the vinyl on preorder. When I first heard these guys, I legitimately thought it was HCSS.

    That purple vinyl looks sweet. Fits the cover colors as well. Purple vinyl bought

    Edit: The production is on point. Seriously, it sounds fantastic. Only if TMF's production was this great.......

    Edit2: Talia and How Could I Let You Go sound right out of the 80's. One word: Awesome

  2. The vinyl revival will only last until all those young urban hipsters who are snorking up LPs right now have to change apartments, and they find out how heavy it is to carry an LP collection from place to place. :D

    Hahahaha! That's a good one. Can't disagree with you there since the urban hipsters despise the gym and only lift craft brews and food

  3. I still think the CD will become extinct in the coming years. Just like vinyl and cassettes...... GONE!

    Nah man, vinyl isn't going anywhere. It's actually increasing in popularity.

    See here:

    and vinyl on track to be a 1 billion dollar industry in 2017 with an estimated 40 million records to be sold:

    Companies are even coming out with new record players. It won't ever reach the hysteria of the 80's but its far from gone

  4. Anybody think the cover has a 'Mad Max' feel to it ?

    well maybe gonna lost in the shuffle, but this album perhaps still worth a spin or two, might ended up around 75% or lower though

    Absolutely reminds me of Mad Max. Cool cover.

    I'm excited to hear the first samples. Quiet Riot was one of my first experiences in hard rock due to "Cum On Feel the Noize" being on V-Rock on Vice City, over 14 years ago.

    I've never listened to their discog but have QR III on now and it sounds good

  5. Wow. They are two fantastic music tracks. I am not overly into the lyrics of the first song, but 'These Dreams' is very nice. Killer music. Yeah, 'These dreams' is really nice.

    Agree with Geoff here. These Dreams is a killer track.

    I didn't realize this band has put out 2 albums and a single back in 2015. These 2 new singles feature their new guy on vocals. He's an improvement over the last guy

    Keeping my eye on this album

  6.

    Bormann can belt but I need a lyric video for this one

    That's not Bormann dude!

    Alexx Stahl of Purple Rising and Roxxcalibur took over when Bormann couldn't immediately join the band. Stahl was supposed to be a temporary fill-in but they liked him so much, he is now the permanent singer.

    Oh shit, good call. I read the thread title and figured that was him signing on this single. I've never listened to any of Alexx Stahl's previous work

  7. My review:

    1. Glorious ---> 8

    2. Push on Through ---> 8

    3. If We Call it Love ---> 9

    4. Waiting for Summer ---> 8

    5. First Time ---> 9

    6. One Breathe ---> 8

    7. Too Many Words ---> 8

    8. Next in Line ---> 8

    9. Drowning ---> 8

    10. Love Was Waiting ---> 8

    11. It Is What It Is ---> 8

    Other thoughts:

    Jim's voice can be a little shaky at times. Other times, he belts it out

    Great guitar work by Michael and Philip and great keyboards by Flores

    Production is fantastic. Flores is a master at this

    A very nice laid back piece of melodic rock

    Overall: 85%
