Killer cd from '96
DIVING FOR PEARLS s/t
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waltham - Permission To Build
Best nu-breed band around, I have had it in my car for nearly 2 years. Can't wait for the re-release on a major label, the old one is getting beaten up.

I second the notion more bidders = more money. Variety and in depth descriptions also helps selling for more $
I can't imagine closing doors to some bidders would help, I only block those who never paid and would never pay. Some sellers may hate the fact that those who are buying are going to turn around and resell for a big gain. I don't do that, OK maybe I do,LOL!.
A bargain is a bargain, they are auctions, nobody controls them or the results, other than fate itself.

Koogles congrats on the Knights winning it all.

Getting nasty boys. All of you are great sellers, great buyers and rock music experts. Time to put this topic to rest.
Can you tell I'm a grade school teacher?

Notice how nice and polite Koogles and Relayrecords are to each other, no cursing, no threats. Can you blame us Canadians for being edgy, no pro hockey for a year, although Koogles did have the London Knights to cheer on. Settle this the Canadian way, either a tongue stuck to a frozen post competiton (first one to cry is out) or naval depth, trust me, I am quite the large man and excel greatly at naval depth competitions.
Just trying to lighten the mood, been a long weekend

Some goofball tried to sell a Dream Theater Fan Club cd from 1996, the exact same one that I am selling on Ebay at the moment. When I say exact, I mean exact, he stated selling the cd number 1254 (they were all numbered being that thay were very rare), which is the exact number that I am selling.
The loser didn't even have the intelligence to change the number. He copied my photo and restated word for word my listing. I wrote to Ebay, and..............within 5 five minutes received a response, the item was removed, One for the good guys, well I think I'm a good guy.
This seller, whom I don't have his Ebay id, because the item is now invalid, all I know is that he is from Italy and has very little feedback, is right up there with James Arwine when it comes to complete knuckle draggin' cousin f****er stupidity.

I have been paid! "faithanddedication" is somebody called Michael Pfister, sound familiar?!?!
-
This loser bought a Slash Puppet from me a few months ago, he/she e-mailed me 10 to 12 times asking about the cd's condition before placing a bid. Talk about f*****g annoying. They never claimed having received damaged goods, yet avoid at all cost. I had to start ignoring their e-mails and questions. Maybe it is just me but the most annoying buyers come from where I come from: Canada. Don't know if Koogles or PJ would agree. Complainers and whinners, maybe it's the long cold winters or the huge driving distances to get from one place to another. Although Canada still has some of the best music.
Anybody have a clue about another buyer called "faithanddedication" won an item from me over a week ago, yet no communication, nothing. Bidding on some good items from others, yet is he/she paying anyone? Another possible deadbeat bidder?

I have warned a dozen or so bidders as well, about this James Arwine the con artist and a bad one at that. Hopefully people take this seriously and retract their bids, if not it is goodbye to their money.
Are Ebay and Paypal protecting this loser or are they too inept and lazy to do something about it?

Arwine did the same thing to me a few months ago, you would think Paypal would catch on. I feel your pain

Koogles was right, Mr. Vegas has once again been suspended under the newer selling name on Ebay. Is it two strikes your out or do you go for three?
-
The last CD I bought from him on Ebay was not to be sold outside of Russia, CIS or the Baltic States. If this isn't legit, than what I got wasn't the real thing. The music is the same, but as a collector it cheapens its worth. Like buying a fake "Rolex", it's nice but you can't brag about it or show it off.
What's a spinnin' in your CD player?

Dream Theater - Octavarium
(their best since Scenes From A Memory, more melodic/prog less heavy metal.)
