  1. Wow where do I start? I have a huge cd rack that I bought from a cd store that went out of business last year that I have in my basement with most of my rare stuff in it nice & organized w/ spines up for easy searching. This afternoon I went down there to get an Elton John cd I wanted to listen to that's in a cardboard case & when I picked it up it was kinda damp & the cover was water stained. I knew I had bought it brand new so I was like WTF?? So I starting looking through different rows & picked up another one & the back insert was water logged & that's when panic set in & my heart started racing!!! I then look up & my fucking rack is right underneath the air conditioner water line which had some condensation on it so it had been dripping on my cd's for about a week!!! Oh my god I was so fucking pissed!! I pulled it out from against the wall & starting pulling all the cd's out & checking them for damage & had over 40 with water damage to the back inserts & some to the front cover but did avoid damage to any of the rare stuff I have which was barely spared...I did lose the back inserts to COLD SWEAT - "BREAK OUT" & the original BANSHEE - "TAKE 'EM BY STORM" which almost made me ...other than that the other ones can be replaced so it could have been much worse. Here's a list of the damage: ACE FREHLEY - "FREHLEY'S COMET" (*) " - "TROUBLE WALKIN'" (*) ANTHRAX - "I'M THE MAN" (EP) " - "STOMP 442" (EXPANDED EDITION W/ BONUS TRACKS) BANSHEE - "TAKE 'EM BY STORM" (ORIGINAL PRESSING) (*) BLUE CHEER - "WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU..." BLUE MURDER - "S/T" " - "NOTHIN' BUT TROUBLE" BLUE OYSTER CULT - "WORKSHOP OF THE TELESCOPES" (2 CD BEST OF) CIRCLE JERKS - "WONDERFUL" (*) " - "VI" (*) " - "GIG" (*) CIRCLE OF SOUL - "HANDS OF FAITH" COLD SWEAT - "BREAK OUT" (*) CONCRETE BLONDE - "RECOLLECTION:BEST OF" CORROSION OF CONFORMITY - "TECHNOCRACY" (*) " - "DELIVERANCE" (*) DEF LEPPARD - "PYROMANIA" (2 CD DELUXE EDITION) (*) " - "ROCK OF AGES:THE DEFINITIVE COLLECTION" (2 CD SET) (*) ELTON JOHN - "ROCKET MAN:NUMBER ONES" FREHLEY'S COMET - "SECOND SIGHTING" (*) G.B.H. - "ATTACK AND REVENGE BY CITY BABY'S:DEFINITE G.B.H. COLLECTION" (*) GREAT WHITE - "ONCE BITTEN" " - "...TWICE SHY" HELIX - "DEEP CUTS:THE BEST OF" (*) HIM - "GREATEST LOVESONGS VOL. 666" (9 TRACKS) (*) " - "LOVE METAL" (W/ 3 BONUS TRACKS & BONUS VIDEO) (*) JUDAS PRIEST - "RAM IT DOWN" (REMASTER) (*) " - "TURBO" (REMASTER) (*) " - "PAINKILLER" (REMASTER) (*) " - "ANGEL OF RETRIBUTION" (DUELDISC) (*) " - "NOSTRADAMUS" (2 CD SET) LIZZY BORDEN - "MASTER OF DISGUISE" " - "BEST OF" (*) METAL CHURCH - "THE HUMAN FACTOR" (*) " - "HANGING IN THE BALANCE" (*) " - "LIVE" (*) " - "MASTERPEACE" " - "THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD" " - "A LIGHT IN THE DARK" METALLICA - "RIDE THE LIGHTNING" (*) Now I'm not looking for charity, but if anyone has any of these they don't want & just want to give them away I would definitely pay for shipping or we could trade as I have done some trading with a few folks on here so just PM me...Also the ones with an (*) are top priority. And by the way when I do get replacements for these I will give the damaged ones away to whoever wants them as the cd's themselves are still fine. Thanks in advance guys as any help is appreciated!
  2. FREHLEY'S COMET - LIVE + 1 ASPHALT BALLET - S/T MOTLEY CRUE - DR. FEELGOOD AVENGER - TOO WILD TO TAME:THE ANTHOLOGY and for my deal of the day : BLACK SABBATH - HEAVEN & HELL (DELUXE EXPANDED EDITION) brand new & sealed. I think they mis-marked this $18.99 cuz the tag underneath had $31.99 & I had a $3 off coupon so after tax it was only $17
  3. Lindsay I would say don't take the chance especially if he won't do a 'single trade' first...and if he's making up the cancer thing after the almighty DIO just passed away, I'd like to kick his ass!!
  4. I'm just devastated by this terrible news! What a horrible day in metal history. I too had the pleasure of seeing this man perform live & he never disappointed. I really wish I would have gotten to see him with Sabbath/Heaven & Hell...I also remember the first time I heard "Rainbow in the Dark" it gave me chills which I will never forget!! R.I.P. Ronnie you will be sorely missed
