Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Here is some good examples:

I remember really liking this E.P.
Whatever happened to these guys, did they ever release a full length?

At first glance I thought one of the guys in One Direction was wearing a Sodom t-shirt, he was not, would have been cool though.

Well, I am excited to hear y'all guess what F.U.B.A.R abbreviates.

Okay Kristian, thanks to your clues (Cats + Lucy=Tramp, nice one) I've narrowed it down to "White Lion", but I can't pinpoint the song.
"All You Need is Rock n' Roll"/"Be Bop A Lula" perhaps?
Time to put us out of our misery.
It is not White Lion.
Here is another clue, the band is from the U.K.

I'm really stumped. Can we get a hint?
Well, I wrote there is a hint to be found in my first quiz (the Radio Active Cats/Atomic Kitten one), the hint is found in the bands' names.
The hint in Darkstone's Wildside quiz, has something to do with the lead singer in the band you are trying to guess in this quiz.

Saw these guys live last week, I know they have been criticised for being all gimmick and no talent (I disagree), but surely there is no denying the quality of these two ballads:
-
Here's another one.
The song starts out with the lead singer counting in the rest of the band, and they sing the chorus acapella.
Note: There is a little hint to be found in my previous quiz, and also (if you look close enough) a little hint in Darkstone's latest quiz.

Radio Active Cats 🐱
You are correct
-
Darkstone, you got the british trio right, but not their parents.
-
Ok, I'm going to try and do one.
If this band had kids, it would be three british girls, singing pop songs just around the millenium.
Which band, and which British trio?

Oh Yes! Sounds like old school H.E.A.T, absolutely love it :-)

I came here to dispute whatever song you posted (it doesn't show the embed in the preview), because my contribution is the best ballad post 1991, but I do love this song. Such an amazing album.
Well I'm not a major Harem Scarem fan so, but I really like "Something to Say" though.

Maybe Mick should sue Nikki for using his portrait as a tattoo on his thigh

Not as good as "Rise", but still dope thanks to Nuno :-)
Verses reminds me of Salty Dogs - "Cat's got nine"

Imo, this might be the best ballad released post 1991. Wonderful song!
