Yea I know, Hell I am not really fond of that era anymore Myself.. as I recall I had 2 good sized posters of Nikki Sixx and Vince Neil from that era... What was I thinking??*L*

If it weren't for my divine influence, Dark Star would be listening to Dolly Parton and Olivia Newton John records to this very day. It's true!! Don't feel bad, because nearly EVERYONE overlooked my boys in Raven the first time around. That's why I continue with my Raven Evangelism Project. I'm like Johnny Appleseed, trying to plant Raven fandom everywhere I go. Someday they'll finally get some respect and I will have had some small part in it!! (in my dreams...) WHAT?? Back in the day I was the metal version of Mister Miyagi to Dark Star's Ralph Macchio. Yea, pretty much..*chuckles* Hell You played Helloween for Me back then too, and now I love em...*Chuckles* Oh and the Ramones too, I knew SOME of their stuff, but Keith turned Me onto alot MORE of it...*L* In later years He's turned Me onto bands like Gamma Ray, Primal Fear, Hammerfall, and etc......

I went with Spider Man too.... Barely better than X-Men and Batman, in My opinion.. Oh but the new Superman was pretty damn good too..*G* And, um where's 300 Eh??? That was a graphic novel like Sin City...*Chuckles*

Oh yes it IS that bad. Even Blitz has admitted that he doesn't care much for I HEAR BLACK at all. If it weren't for "Spiritual Void" and "World of Hurt" I would've traded that CD away a LONG time ago. Yea ok it's not their best by a LONG shot, that's true...*Chuckles* World of Hurt is good, but I just LOVE "Just Like you"

Yea I voted for All for One too...*G* My first Raven album was "The Pack is Back" Back in 1987 or so, and I liked it... Then I went to College, and good ole Keith here, played "All for One" for Me?? And it BLEW Me away!!!*G* Fucking excellent album!!! Architect of Fear is pretty damn good too.....

I agree.. My favorite album from Overkill pretty much changes by the day or week..*Chuckles* And "I Hear Black" Is not that bad damnit..*L* Just for two songs..."Spiritual Void" and "Just Like You" GOOD songs.. Least I think so..*L*

I picked King Diamond's solo stuff too, but I had to REALLY think about it... I mean there are obvious similarities between the two bands.. ALthough I think KD's solo stuff is much more in the "Horror" Vibe than MF's stuff Ya know?? The ONLY KD album I simply can't stomach is "Them" Ugh that was just terrible.....*L* I have it on tape somewhere, Haven't bothered upgrading it to CD yet and it's been almost 20 years, so that should tell you something..*L* And I can't go through a Holiday season without blasting "No Presents For Christmas"!!!
