  2. Just added these guys over on the main site, and had never heard of them til today. They've been labeled as southern rock, but they'd also appeal to fans of AC/DC, Jackyl, and the like.

Several really good tunes from these guys across their releases; the first couple here are my faves..

  3. Video is out:

    ACCEPT on “Humanoid”:
“The song plays with the omnipresent topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In a strange way, we have
entered exciting times now... This Digital Revolution has a huge impact, probably bigger than
anything humankind has ever gone through. The Industrial Revolution was huge, but this might be
even bigger, and we're just at the beginning of it. However, I'm also a little afraid that humanity gets
lost and pushed aside in all this stuff. The song is pretty impactful and provoking!”

Song is just “ok” for me; I’m hoping there’s much better on the album, and they’ve just released this one first since it’s the title track.

  4. From the KC FB page:

Kingdom Come is excited to announce a 'Return to the Kingdom'   Kingdom Come will be kicking off 2024 with a new lineup, management, a new album, and a brand-new tour, starting March 15th at The Lamp Theatre in Irwin, PA. And the following night, March 16th, we will be in Lakewood, OH, at Mercury Music Lounge.  Two new band members will be joining our lineup. Veteran touring drummer Matt Muckle (Paul Gilbert, Lynch Mob) will be taking over drums for our dear recently-departed brother, James Kottak. And we're introducing the incredible Ezekiel Kaplan as our new vocalist.
We hope to see you all in March, and out on the road this year, as we 'Return to the Kingdom' to continue the legacy of Kingdom Come!

  5. I’m surprised there’s not more of a buzz about these guys here on the board. “Tell Me” and “ Take on Me” (no, those aren’t White Lion and A-Ha cover songs) are both solid AOR/melodic rock songs. The vocals on the verses could use a little more “umph”, but the choruses are quite tasty.

  6. John says he is still in Confess as well.
This was posted on the Confess FB page about an hour ago:

    TO CLARIFY SOME STUFF!

Yes, i've joined forces with Crashdiet, which feels very exciting indeed. With that being said, I’m still very much a part of confess.
Confess is my high school Rock'n roll band that i sang in for the past 15 years and i have no intentions of leaving or changing that.
We're currently working on new music and hopefully have something new to show you guys pretty soon.

  7. From their FB page

The time has come to enter the next chapter in the CRASHDÏET book of madness.
After much soul-searching, Gabriel has decided to leave the band to focus on other things in life.

We are shaken by his decision, but we respectfully wish him all the best in his future endeavors and thank him for the years he worked with us and his contribution to the last two studio albums.

Taking over the vocal duties will be none other than John Elliot. A good friend and excellent singer from the band Confess! He has the drive and the hunger to lead us into a promising future.

We also welcome Martin's brother, Michael, as the band's permanent drummer! He has stepped in for Eric on countless shows since 2011 and is a natural fit for us. Now that Peter is back and full of energy, we can proudly announce the lineup of CRASHDÏET in 2024:

    John Elliot
    Martin Sweet
    Peter London
    Michael Sweet

See you on the long and winding road!
    //CRASHDÏET

After six remarkable years with CRASHDÏET I find myself at the end of this path, times change and it's time for me to change direction towards new challenges. I wanna thank all of you for the love, support, and memories that will forever be kept in the chamber of my pounding heart. I Love u all❤️

Goodbyes are never easy, especially this one. A big thanks to my brothers in Crashdiet for this crazy and wonderful ride!
We’ve shared a lot of great moments and some not as great as well (Hehe) and I will always be grateful that you gave me this opportunity❤️

I can assure you that the band will continue to deliver kick-ass shows and release great tunes! Especially with John Elliot behind the mic! Give him a well-deserved welcome and give the guys the support they need through these times of change! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  8. First single/video "Man in the Mirror"

This may be a little confusing for fans, as there was already a 3 song EP titled "Fear No Evil"  released back in 2022, and yep, the above song was on it. Not sure why they  didn't just give it a new title?  I suppose "Lion of Judah" and the title track "Fear No Evil" will be on here as well. No track listing available yet that I can find.  Run time is listed as 44 minutes on the Amazon pre-order page.
