Norway's ESC song starts slow but builds up well, I especially liked the bald guy chanting solo at 2:06!
Sweden's entry is also a nice pop song.
Keiino - Spirit in the Sky (Norway ESC 2019)
John Lundvik - Too Late for Love (ESC Sweden 2019)

Kraftidioten (2014) - this one is going to be remade by Hollywood starring Liam Neeson (Cold Pursuit) . I decided to see the original Norwegian movie with Stellan Skarsgard, and it's pretty good, a vigilante movie. Nice flick

good vocals and engaging songs

Peppermint (2018) - average revenge flick...
yeah, I expected Peppermint to be better, I was a bit let down...
Equalizer 2 - pretty good, Denzel Washington is like Liam Neeson in Taken
Ant-man and the wasp - I liked the first one, and this one was a fun movie..

China - Sign In The Sky
Roko - s/t
those two are German and Swiss bands, and in that case one has to mention Craaft because they're awesome and underrated
also nobody mentioned Bad Habit, also a good Scandi band
-
such a catchy song
Peter H Nilsson - Me and You

lots of drama unfolding here...
good songs!

It all started well...then he began to sing,,,sorry but I just aint a fan of his voice,at times its ok but generally not for me
hmm I think his vocals are alright. But if other people feel the same way you do, that might explain why Shy was not as popular. Personally I think Shy is one of the most underrated bands out there

love the mix of synthpop with club and electro/freestyle in these tracks... angsty and dark, but yet so danceable
Cause & Effect - Another Minute (1991)
Celebrate the Nun - Unattainable Love (1989)
Information Society - Running (1988)
-
Stay Away is a nice track, Rage is a bit weaker..
I'm not a fan of the vocals either

what's with negativity towards Issa? Have some respect for the ladies
-
good stuff, only one album but very solid.....wish they would put out another album
-
Bai Bang (starting from Cop to Con)
Sunstrike (Rock your world)
Don Patrol (a bit different from Treat , but still good Swedish Rock)

RIP Mark Hollis
Talk Talk - It's my life

Where did these guys go? Haven't heard a peep in nearly 2 years.
probably because one producer Ikka Wirtanen was busy with his The Nights project in 2017, and busy writing for domestic Finnish pop singers

First Signal, First Night.... sometimes I get confused and disoriented on this board
-
Roulette
Wig Wam has pretty big choruses, glam type of sound...
I also like Coldspell, harder in sound, a very Scandinavian band name
-
I think with internet it's easy to find stuff similar to what you already like, even ebay sellers often put related bands in item descriptions.
Above list is good, I can add these 2 Scandinavian bands:
220 Volt (Eye to Eye LP)
Skagarack (Hungry for a game LP)
-
pretty good track and good vocals
-
two of my recent favorites in 80's Europop, addictive tunes, had both on repeat for quite some time. One from Germany and second is from Italy
Secret Lovers - Another minute (1987)
Body Power - Nothing (1986)
-
anything with Overland on vocals is ok with me, nice track
-
good album, good band. I don't think they had much commercial success at the time of release, and I discovered them online just like many other 80's AOR

Rather average to these ears...and yes the vocals aren't quite right....
you think the new Whitesnake is a "definite pickup" and yet you find this average... I guess to each his own, but I think even with weaker vocals any song on this record is better than that new Whitesnake single
King Company - Queen Of Hearts
in AOR and Hard Rock

Living in a hurricane...... Driving a Lamborghini could have also been the song title heh heh heh
