Well it looks like this all boiled out of a misunderstanding, i have never dealt with DrumRman but everyone else only has good things to say about him. I have on the other hand dealt with James, it has all been positive so far with a little comic relief thrown in at times. He is at heart a good guy. That being said James is someone who is impatient, the dude goes a 1,000,000 miles an hour. Although it is no excuse for actions, like a lot of us here.....James is very passionate about cd collecting and music in general. Dr Phil says some times people can let their Passion get the better of them and they act with out thinking things through. Case in point is this rare untouched photo of Hitler down in his bunker days before his demise, i think it speaks volumes!! Please don't delete this thread it took me atleast 1/2 hour to make this photo

Well i guess no one will take this on so i am going to give it a try. There are various free websites services that can be used, i am going to attempt to make a site where we can list this known scum bags. It will be a work in progress and i'm not sure how i am going to do this but i'm going to try. If anyone has any ideas feel free to pm me over it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of the reasons that we should start an organized data base for bad buyers, sellers and traders. It is way over due.

So if you were going to recommend a re-issue label to someone (a Metal/Hard Rock band) who would it be? It would seem to me that Rock Candy gets a lot of nods here but i had never heard of them and some of the other members here are the same, do they advertise very much? The labels i was thinking of recommending were: Eonian Suncity Retrospect Because those were the only ones i knew of.

I was wondering who the experts recommend? With out going into details as to why i'm asking what reissue label or labels are you guys most satisfied with when it comes to product/price and service? I have only bought from a few and would like to know about the rest. Thanks.

I find it hard to believe that the sellers/buyers and traders in here have no comment. I dont think it would be that hard to do, and maybe these guys seeing their names on a list would make them smarten up a little.

I don't want this thread to die, i think it's a great idea that can protect us all. I think that your idea is really great.A database such this that you suggest would be very usefull to all people who interested in buying,selling and trading.But it would be also complicate to create this database I think.Maybe guys more experienced in these issues could inform us about that.

I was thinking the other day while i was sending out some cd's from my last auction, it would be nice if there was some sort of a database where sellers and or traders could go and check to see if someone is trust worthy or not. I know this section is for this type of thing and it truly serves a purpose, but posts get buried and split up, It would be nice to have a list of sellers/buyers and traders who everyone is suspect of. Mistakes can happen for sure, things can get lost and misplaced but if this is happening time and time again with the same people then we should all know about it. I have been accused of not sending out parcels and have had charge backs because of it, i did send them out and for some reason they didn't make it....or maybe they did!! Not sure how it would be regulated or the particulars of it but it would be nice to have so none of us gets ripped off! I'd like to know what you guys think, even if you think it is a stupid idea feel free to rip me a new one, but please no comments on my grammar.....my grandpa loved her dearly

Geralter is at it again as ""marikas-store" with 0 feedback. I emailed him and asked him why he didn't pay for the last things he bought from me and he says " I forgot, please don't hold that against me, i will pay next week" If i had a dime every time i heard that from this guy.........er well.......i'd be payed by now.

I think this has been over before but Gerry and Walter...are they the same guy? If so he bought some cd's from me under the name Walter and claimed he never got them. I refunded him close to $200 then about a week or so after he was selling the same cd's that he claimed he never got. I blows me away how many ebay buyer have multiple ebay names, even guys on this board. Why would you do this?

This Thomas guy buys some cd`s from me and now he claims he never got them and has opened up a claim on me in paypal. Is there anything i can do? Another seller is holding me captive over duty and taxes that he had to pay when the cd`s he bought on ebay came into his country. Whats with these guys. If they keep bugging and trying to rip off the guys who sell what will they do when there is none decent to buy from. Is there an ongoing list of guys to block from auctions and all of their different names?
