I know people are excited about Nuno shredding it on the new Extreme…is it just me or is Rob bringing the shred to whole new level on this release compared the first two albums? 

The newest track has all the hallmarks of a hit. Great vocals!

Symphonic Spirit is a band that features the insanely amazing Canadian guitarist Aldo Vaccaro. The bands first and only album was released on Spotify yesterday. Melodic rock with some prog à la Rush, Yes and Kansas. No clue if they have a physical release but it’s worth checking out on Spotify…YouTube has all the tracks if you track them down by title

Heaven is a place on Earth with that track…in more ways than one. 

Sounds like NFO with the short hard rock to the point tunes of a Danko Jones. Yep…I’m into it…not a big fan of the closer, but I rarely like the softer or slower tracks. 

Kenny era is awesome 

Erik era is awesome

Kenny trying to recreate Erik era has not been good at all for me. 
 

I much prefer the last two tracks with Kenny sounding like the first two albums than last year’s release that did nothing for me. 

He’s from my hometown of Orillia where I spent most of the 80’s and 90’s…he’s a big deal for sure.

Pretty good track and that solo is absolutely insane.

but Satchel sounds like a million bucks with his soloing. 

I like it, been a fan through think and thin. 
 

James sounds fucking great, Kirk on the other hand just can’t solo anymore. His solos on Justice were epic now they sound muddled and limited.

Everything about this one seemed perfect…but the song isn’t anything overwhelmingly special. The chorus is so simple and not very memorable.
