  1. This is wonderful news. I can only hope that being involved with Roadrunner, they will do a heavier album than the last couple. It will be very interesting to hear Warren, and Carlos together doing all new music.
  2. Rush for me. Not even in the same ballpark as the others. All one had to do is watch the Snakes and Arrows tour to see that they are still miles ahead of the others. On another note, I would like to add that my favorite Canadian film maker is David Cronenberg. (Sorry, had to throw that in there, I am a huge film geek)
  3. Live albums are a great way to actually know how talented a band really is. If they can't pull off the songs live then they aren't very talented. On the other hand alot of bands go the lame ass route of rerecording stuff, putting a crowd sound on it, and label it live. I love live albums if they are authentic. I have never had time for hits packages, unless there are demos, or unreleased material. To me, if I can't get into more than a few songs off of an album, there is no point in owning it. That was the whole concept of album oriented rock.
  4. Just wanted to say thanks for the warm greetings. And glam junkie, thanks for the suggestions.
  5. Greetings, glad to be part of a board of like minded tastes in music. I am into all types of metal, but am looking forward to learning more about some of the newer sleeze bands out there. Thanks for having such a cool forum.
