Believe it. I just bought Hotter Than Hell for the first time on Friday and played it Saturday night. I have never owned any KISS albums prior to Destroyer. I figured if I had the Alive and Double Platinum albums I had everything I needed from those first few albums. I was wrong. Kiss is my fav Kiss album and Hotter Than Hell is in my top 5 and Dressed to Kill is up in my top 7-8 Kiss albums as well. They were just a hungrier dirtier heavier band early on especially on the debut and Hotter than Hell. "Parasite", "Strange Ways", "Got to Choose", "Watchin You" and "Goin Blind" make HH a must own as well as the title track and "Let Me Go" and "Coming Home". Backed. The first three KISS albums are killers (and Destroyer is a big let down for me).
