I LOVE that song. Have you ever seen the video? I still think it is cool. I have it on LaserDisc. It's too bad Missing Persons never got their due. I'm glad I have all their CDs, except the first one "Spring Session M". They were my favorite New Wave Band.

I was thinking about buying a used Warrant CD - DRFSR. I haven't heard that song 'Heaven' in such a long time now that radio stations everywhere have created a generation gap with music, especially when it comes to age, IMHO.

Someone should come along and take back the airwaves. Which reminds me...

On March 14, I won the CD by Saraya I was bidding on. The seller does not accept PayPal because, in his words, "there is fraud in that company". Well someone I know who works for Ebay here in Burnaby told me if you pay with PayPal your safe.

Anyway, he accepts payment with Bidpay. As I was setting up a Bidpay account, it required the sellers address. I sent this guy THREE emails requesting his address and HE NEVER RESPONDED. After I sent him my third email, he sent my email back to me without giving his address. I could not get past this field.

So, I had to bid on another seller's "Saraya" CD which I eventually won and paid. And now busterthek is coming after me. I just filed a mediation with Ebay requesting to cancel the CD. The guy should read his email!!!

So far, every seller has given me POSITIVE feedback. I got one saying "Fast transaction. You won't find a better customer."

Picked up at a used CD store for 1/2 price: $5.00

ALBUM IS NOT A LEGITAMATE “GREAT WHITE” RELEASE

BAND CONDEMNS RELEASE - ALBUM TITLE IS IN POOR TASTE

Hollywood, CA (March 18th 2004) – The label Horizon–Italy has recently released an unapproved album titled “'Burning House of Love.” This album is not approved by GREAT WHITE. Rather the band condemns this release and asks all fans and friends to not purchase this album. They feel that the label is insensitive to the victims of the fire and are trying to capitalize on a tragic situation. This type of practice is called repackaging; Record Companies take previously released songs, put on a new cover with a new title.

The band and their Attorneys are working on stopping this release, as it is being sold under the GREAT WHITE name without GREAT WHITE'S permission. GREAT WHITE wants to apologize for any discomfort this may have caused, as they found out about this release much the same way as the fans – via the internet. It was of great shock to the GW camp.

Just finished listening to AdrianGale Re:Program three times now. I got it today in the mail. Had a listen to Tesla "Into The Now" earlier.

I haven't been here for a while since I'm ordering stuff on line. Since Sunday, I bought:

Tesla - Into The Now.

Today, I received in the mail:

AdrianGale - Re:Program (After the first listen, I was totally impressed!!! This one blew me away. It's my kind of rock)

I've now ordered three Jaded Heart CDs online. 2004 will be the year I buy just about all my music online thanks to HH and TLRock.

Today, I bought Y & T "best of '81 to '85" at Virgin Megastore. It was only CAD$12.99 or US$7.00. This morning I got Keiko Matsui's brand new CD "Wildflower" from Amazon.com. No other CD store here in Vancouver, new or used, has Y & T. I looked at several places downtown today without any success! I'll try the suburbs next like Surrey, White Rock, and Coquitlam. I know Burnaby won't have them. I haven't tried any pawn brokers yet. In Vancouver, like I said at theloudestrock.com, when you go to one used CD store, you've been to them all.

YES, a Leigh Matty fan! I am trying so hard to find the Romeo's Daughter CD - Delectable. It's impossible to find a Romeo's Daughter CD anywhere here in Vancouver. Virgin Megastore told me 'Delectable' is OOP. A few weeks ago, I bought Shotgun Messiah - Second Coming on Amazon.com. The feedback in here said it was a great CD. At the same time, I bought Lita Ford - Dangerous Curves and I love the CD.

Well, let's see. I haven't been here for awhile. Last week, I bought :

Over 60 Minutes with Helix and

Triumph - Thunder Seven.

I ordered both of these at the local CD store. Both of these bands toured together in 1984.

This week, I'm going to hunt down some Y & T here in Vancouver and I'll take the ferry over to Victoria and see what's on the island. I'll let you guys know if I found anything interesting.

Right now, I WANT Romeo's Daughter - Delectable and

Alexa - 1988 s/t. I found one over at musicstack.com and some lady wants US$350 for it. I said yeah, who's gonna shell out that kinda money?

I agree completely with what some of you guys said about teenagers today. Heavy Metal, hard rock, and AOR beats the hell out of rap and hip-hop any day. Even stuff like Limp Bizkit and Kid Rock. Kids these days are ignorant to their own roots of rock as someone in here once said. CHEERS!
