as you may know, some sellers does not ship to China. so some chinese as like him used to register with US address. (maybe they have friend or family who live in US) so if any seller does not ship to china, they will use US address, and otherwise, they use his China address. and also some buyers does not bid on Chinese seller's item as they "guess" the items are bootleg or something like that. so some chinese sellers register with US address, but the item location is China. some russian sellers are using US / UK address with same reason.

of course, it is possible he has multiple copies of any item. but if the winnner of any item is mr.kim78 (or it is shown with k***m), it means he tried to rip you off. his previous seller id is rarehunter78 : http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...id=rarehunter78 it seems his birth year is 1978. and i am sure he was suspended by ebay because of his shill-bid activity. it seems he learned from previous experience how he can continue shill-bids without ebay suspension as he uses other paypal account / other computer when he sign in mr.kim78.

I don't think the point is that you will have a problem getting your CDs, the point is the guy is bidding his own CDs so you will end up paying what he wants you to pay for it if you do win it (because he is bidding on it too to jack the price up to what he wants to sell it for). it would be better somebody (won any item from him) leave negative feedback with such comment about his shill-bids activity. i'd like to do that, but when i told him about his shill-bids before, he blocked my account.

be careful, this bad ebay seller, "japanrarehunter" this seller has several ebay accounts for shill-bids. one of them is "mr.kim78" look the bid history of mr.kim78 http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View...ted=1&all=1 when last day of any auction, this rip-off seller bid on his own auctions using the account mr.kim78 if the price is still low. for example, look a GNR auction from his previous auctions http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=260309956623 the second high bidder "k***m ( private )" is mr.kim78 i found he is now selling some stuffs : http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View...e=-1&rdir=0 and found he is already bidding on his own items using mr.kim78. the current high bidder k***m ( private ) is him.
